Your own private beach club, Adventure’s vast deck spaces invite dining and entertaining for large groups, with glass windbreaks providing protection from the elements and enabling uncomplicated al-fresco entertaining in all weather conditions.

Versatile Sun Deck

Her spacious sun deck offers a bar, multiple sunbathing and seating areas, a barbecue and large Jacuzzi with adjacent sunpads which can convert to a sofa area with low tables, as well as dining for the entire complement of guests. There is also the option of a cinema set up on the sun deck and her film buff First Officer can give you several recommendations to keep you, or the children, entranced.

Adventure has spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests in a configuration of either five or six cabins. A massage room adjacent to the principal cabin can be converted to a sixth cabin if needed, accommodating two additional guests with an ensuite wet room.

ADVENTURE currently registered in the Isle of Man is actively available for charter in several cruising destinations.

The luxury motor yacht ADVENTURE, previously named HANIKON, was built by Feadship and delivered to her owner in 2004, she later underwent a refit in 2022.

The exterior of ADVENTURE is designed by Terence Disdale.

The 164ft / 50m ADVENTURE has been constructed with a steel hull and is powered by 2x 1200hp CAT 3512B with a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top speed of 14 knots.

Charter guest accommodation

ADVENTURE has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 charter guests in 6 suites.

The guest cabins comprise a primary suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities located on the main deck, 2 cabins with a double bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a cabin with a twin bed and en-suite bathroom facilities and 2 cabins with a twin bed and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Your luxury charter crew

Your luxury charter on board motor yacht ADVENTURE will be managed by the crew of 12 including the captain.

The crew will ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable charter experience with all of your needs catered for while on board.

The 12 crew have their own separate crew quarters allowing guests to enjoy increased levels of privacy.

John Colvin

MCA Master (Yacht) born and bred in Perth, Western Australia, John was never far from the sea. Schooled at the prestigious Wesley College, he soon found himself cruising on his father's yacht around Australia – surviving a cyclone in the process. John began his professional yachting career in 1996 on board the Endeavour replica sailing to Europe via the Cape of Good Hope. John then worked on yachts Kingdom, Pestifer and Sai Ram before joining Troyanda as 1st Mate in 2005. He took over as Captain in September 2008.

Alastair Mole

Alastair has been dividing his time between yachts and the mountains for the last ten years and hopes to continue this enviable lifestyle for many years to come. An avid snowboarder and water sports enthusiast, being outside is paramount. He spent several years running the family business back in Bo’ness and when the opportunity arose to go abroad he took it promising to return. He is, however, working his way through his marine tickets on the way to his 3000 ton Captain’s license so we think Scotland might have to wait a little longer!

Kenn Plowman

Kenn has been at sea for most of his life with a background in commercial and navel engineering. Originally from the East coast of Australia, he has travelled extensively aboard his own small sailing yacht and on commercial sailing vessels. His other interests include flying light aircraft and Formula 1.

Michael Mahon

Michael was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland where he studied a degree in mechanical engineering. He did his postgraduate work in Sydney, Australia where he added an engineering and business masters degree. Being in such close proximity to Asia was a blessing, so when he finally finished all that study he took to travelling through Asia and then Central America. This travel is what resulted in his arriving on the yachting scene 3 years ago and he’s been on boats ever since. Michael enjoys surfing, skiing, reading, diving and trying new things!

Mark Hayward

Mark was born and grew up in Stratford-Upon-Avon in the heart of England. It was through his love of travelling that he made his way into the yachting industry. Mark has been working on yachts since 2001 and holds a yachtmaster off shore 200 ton license. He is currently working towards gaining his officer of the watch license. Mark has travelled extensively on yachts and in his own time, he also enjoys playing guitar, golf, tennis, go-karting and photography.

Peter Salway

Peter entered in to the yachting industry in 2008 after having realized that it would be better suited to his personality than working for P&O cruises in England. (The weather may also have played a factor). He started out by splitting his time between Malta and Monaco before moving to Qatar where he worked for the ruling family of the state. Peter loves to fish, rock climb, walk and has always been a keen sailor. He is hoping that 2012 will bring an opportunity to further his education as he prepares to take his Officer of the Watch modules in hopes of progressing in his career on yachts.

Craig Forbes

Craig is originally from New Zealand but moved to Australia at the age of eight. Back in Australia he was working in the building industry but after a recommendation from his brother and friends he decided to move his career into the yachting world. With two and a half years experience in yachting he feels it is a great industry to be a part of. His biggest interest is sport, especially surfing, wakeboarding and when he sees a winter, snowboarding. Travelling has always been a big part of his life and to combine that with work is a perfect combination for Craig

Josh Swallow

Josh grew up in the picturesque county of Cornwall. He started his love for food from an early age and at thirteen he began working in Cornwall’s thriving restaurant scene. Here he gained skills from top chefs, trained by Rick Stein and Jamie Oliver. After graduating from Falmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Josh made the transition from restaurants into the yachting industry in 2006 and has since worked on some of the most prestigious Yachts in the industry. Yachting has allowed him to combine both his love of the ocean and of course, food! He also enjoys Surfing and diving and photography.

Theone Penn

Troyanda is The one’s seventh boat in the yachting world after vowing that she would only work in the industry for one year following University. She has however fallen in love with the industry and is here to stay. Theone’s itchy travelling feet have taken her to the Americas, Australia, Africa and Europe. Unfortunately, the more places she goes the longer her list gets of the places she still wants to see. She loves playing volleyball, snowboarding, catching up with friends and as a true BC girl, loves being outside.

Lauren Mckenzie

Lauren had an unusual childhood splitting her time between England and Australia. Her Family are all in the hospitality industry, so understandably she has a natural affinity for this environment. After leaving school Lauren ran chalets in Val d ’Isere, which later lead to her becoming a stewardess on yachts, Which she finds a perfect match to her love of travelling. Lauren likes snowboarding, reading and good red wine!

Bethany O’Hara

Beth was born in St. Ives, Cornwall, United Kingdom. She has spent her life growing up next to the ocean and as she lived in a tourist destination it is natural that she has worked in the catering and hospitality industry for several years. She is a lively, enthusiastic and highly motivated person and knows the importance of good service. Beth enjoys all sports – particularly cycling and swimming. Her other interests include sampling food and wines from around the world and experiencing different cultures.

Vanessa Lewis

After Leaving high school Vanessa worked as a Cargo Officer for an International Airline where she discovered a love for travel and exploring different countries. That job provided her with the opportunity to travel Europe and Asia extensively, and after deciding to move on from the company realised she was inspired to further incorporate travel into a career. She has worked in the yachting industry for one year and loves it so far. Interests include travelling, photography, the beach and surfing.

Comfortable, quiet and effortlessly chic, HANIKON offers a truly relaxing family charter.

The 164-foot (49.9m) HANIKON was built by Feadship in Holland and this pedigree motor yacht was conceived with the ultimate in guest comfort forefront of mind. The design facilitates outstanding stability at sea, exceptionally low noise and vibration levels and, as such, she is one of the quietest Feadships on the water.

HANIKON’S interior, by HB Design, utilizes a largely neutral color palette with warm oak wood and is extremely homely, with deep-cushioned sofas inviting guests to relax in supreme comfort.

There is accommodation for up to 12 guests across six cabins. The impressive main deck master suite has its own study and lounge, his-and-hers bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe. There are four guest cabins on the lower deck, two doubles and two twins, and the massage room (adjacent to the master suite) can be converted to form another double cabin if required.

HANIKON’s expansive bridge deck can seat 20 guests for an alfresco meal with ease, with glass windbreaks providing protection from the elements and enabling uncomplicated al-fresco entertaining in all weather conditions. This deck space offers direct access to the upper salon via sliding glass doors.

On the sundeck, guests can spend their days lounging by the large Jacuzzi. A bar and a barbecue as well as multiple areas for sunbathing are found here. By night, this deck transforms into an outdoor cinema or the furniture can be removed to create a cocktail and dining area for 22 guests – perfect for entertaining large groups.

HANIKON comes with fun guaranteed, thanks to her huge collection of water toys. The active and family-friendly crew of 12 will be pleased to show you how to operate the jet skis and SeaBobs, and guests of all ages can take to the inflatable slide and on-water trampoline. HANIKON also has standup paddleboards, water skis and wakeboards, and various towable inflatables.

The 43m/141'1" 'GO' motor yacht built by the Dutch shipyard Feadship is available for charter for up to 10 guests in 5 cabins. This yacht features interior styling by Fokkema & Partners Architecten.

Boasting an array of sumptuous living areas laid out invitingly to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere onboard, motor yacht GO is the perfect luxury charter yacht for friends and family.

Guest Accommodation

Built in 2010, GO offers guest accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising a master suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins. There are 7 beds in total, including 1 king, 2 queen, 4 singles and 2 convertible. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 11 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 14 knots with a range of up to 4,000 nautical miles from her 40,000 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots. GO features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels.

When not cruising GO has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Additionally, there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Another excellent feature are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. The most exciting explorer yachts of 2024

Equipped with ice-classed hulls and transoceanic ranges, explorer yachts are designed to discover the most remote corners of the globe with ease. BOAT takes a closer look at the intrepid new fleet ahead of the 2024 Explorer Yachts Summit , which will take place on 13 November at the Yacht Club de Monaco.

The only international summit dedicated solely to the explorer yachting sector, a stellar line-up of yacht owners, captains and inspiring adventurers will take the stage at the one-day event. Tickets for the 2024 edition are now on sale.

Builder : Feadship Length : 65m Most exciting feature : a helipad

Sighted for the first time last year, Promise.D . belongs to a highly-secretive roster of projects by Dutch yard Feadship . She was photographed on transport through the Dutch canals in December 2023, revealing a sheltered foredeck typical of explorer yachts , a large helipad on her upper deck and a fold-down beach club. Exteriors are the work of Studio De Voogt , while interiors have been styled by Bannenberg & Rowell .

Builder : Damen Yachting Length : 60m Most exciting feature : an observation lounge-cum-cinema room

A "yacht for all seasons", this entry is the first 60-metre addition to Damen Yachting's "luxury expedition" range. H2 Yacht Design was enlisted for the Xplorer 60's interiors, with the British studio drawing from earlier, high-profile expedition projects Andromeda , Victorious and world's largest yacht REV Ocean . Economy of space is key when on longer voyages, and the Xplorer 60 fits the brief with an observation lounge that turns into a snug cinema room at night and a sheltered, outdoor space aft that can become a cabana lounge and bar, dive deck, wellness zone or even a ski lodge. Her exterior and engineering is owed to Azure Yacht Design .

Builder: Dunya Yachts Length: 46.7m Most exciting feature : an upper deck dedicated to the owner

As King Benji ' s owner told BOAT International : "The goal [with King Benji] was to make something that was focused on doing instead of sitting." The superyacht certainly delivers with a secret Jacuzzi underneath the bow sunpads, an inflatable climbing wall and jousting arena alongside an extensive catalogue of toys. Interiors may not have been been the owner's focus but Design Unlimited 's colourful, tropical design certainly captures guests' attention, complete with natural bamboo ceilings and wooden floors. She was a nominee at the 2024 World Superyacht Awards .

Builder: Cantiere delle Marche Length: 45m Most exciting feature : a full-beam owner's apartment

This full-custom explorer yacht was commissioned by her experienced owner in 2021. Designed by Giorgio Maria Cassetta , Project T features sleek, rigorous exterior lines that connect an almost vertical bow to the transom (and its generous beach club). The owners will have the entire forward section of the main deck to themselves, encompassing a full-beam apartment with his and hers bathrooms, a dressing room and an adjoining lounge area for "total privacy".

Builder: Cantiere delle Marche Length: 44.3m Most exciting feature : an infinity pool that converts into storage

Maverick is the inaugural yacht in the shipyard's Flexplorer 146 series. In true explorer style, her robust displacement hull and hardy Hydro Tec exterior houses a custom-built crane with a lifting capacity of 4.4 tonnes, a 22-millimetre "ice belt" above and below the waterline and a diving centre. Leisure highlights include a sauna, a gym, a 135-square-metre beach club and a large infinity pool that can be covered and used as storage for deck furniture when Maverick is underway. She was sold to an "experienced" German owner in 2020.

Builder: Bering Yachts Length: 39.5m Most exciting feature : a sauna and wellness facilities

Little is known about the B125. Currently under construction in Turkey, the explorer is said to "harness a proven platform of naval architecture and engineering" to deliver the ocean-going capacities of a much larger vessel. On board elements include a 30-square-metre beach club and the option to include a sauna and wellness facilities or a dedicated tender garage. Exterior design has been completed in-house, while interiors are by Red Yacht Design . 

Builder: Pendennis Length: 34.9m Most exciting feature : an aft deck measuring 103.5 square metres

Fox represents "the very best of British engineering and interior design" according to Falmouth-based shipyard Pendennis. The compact explorer has an open aft deck that measures 103.5 square metres and is capable of storing a pair of 7.5-metre tenders, plus the option of submersibles, Jet Skis, quad bikes and any other gadgets the owners fancy.  A DJ station, glass-walled sky lounge and a dedicated wine fridge complete the list of crowd-pleasing features. Exterior and interior design is owed to Q London.

Builder : AES Yacht Length : 34.6m Most exciting feature : a sundeck with a Jacuzzi and bar

Mereley I is one of this year's newest entries following her completion and christening in August 2024. Milan-based studio Hot Lab is the mind behind her striking exterior – complete with bright-red bootstripe – and cool, contemporary interiors, which can accommodate up to 12 guests and seven crew. Al fresco spaces abound, including a sundeck with a forward Jacuzzi and bar; an upper deck dining arrangement; a cockpit lounge space and sunpads and coffee tables on the foredeck. This explorer yacht is currently listed for sale with TWW Yachts at an asking price of €13,950,000.
