Lil Yachty Reveals He's Quit Lean, Debuts New Haircut

2023 Lollapalooza Festival

Lil Yachty is someone who has been having a fantastic 2023. Overall, this is thanks to a plethora of dope singles and even an AOTY contender. Let's Start Here was Yachty's foray into the world of psych rock, and it was a great one at that. It is an album that had many praising Yachty for his immense artistry. Moreover, it is a project that gets better with each subsequent listen. Now, however, Yachty is gearing up for Drake's project For All The Dogs . He is likely featured on it, and he knows a lot about the album.

For All The Dogs will be coming out on September 22nd, and fans are very excited about it. There is a new single dropping this week which is going to act as a teaser of sorts. With all of that in mind, it seems as though Yachty is enacting some lifestyle changes right now. Firstly, he took to Instagram with a few snaps of him sporting a new haircut. In fact, it appears as though he is embracing the bald life. Furthermore, he has revealed that he quit Lean, which is a huge accomplishment.

"I did not stop drinkin lean for n****s to bully me and tell me i look like i have leukemia," Lil Yachty wrote. For those who may not know, Lean is one of those drugs that can make you gain a lot of weight, especially in your gut area. However, once you kick the stuff, you are able to lose weight rapidly. Sometimes, this leads to people thinking you are sick, then it is, in fact, the opposite. These comments are most certainly annoying for Yachty, however, he seems content with his life choices.

Musically, we hope to hear a lot more from the man very soon. He has been having an incredible resurgence, and the fans can't help but agree. Only time will tell what his For All The Dogs feature sounds like if there even is one. Let us know your thoughts on Yachty and his haircut, in the comments below. Lil Yachty Shows Off New Hair Style

Lil Yachty isn't waiting for the new year to show off his new self, taking to Instagram Live on Monday (Dec. 19) to show off a new hair style. As seen in the above video, Yachty has let his signature braids and beads go, his red locks still as colorful as ever.

"See this right here? The James Brown look, you know?," he says. "I’m working on my album. This look means seriousness. This hair do means hits. And to Funkmaster Flex this means a lot of mumble rap." Jay Z was known to miss the barber's seat whenever he was in album mode, Yachty likewise switching his style up.

In November, Yachty said of recording his debut album, “I have so many amazing songs that we never put out. But we’ve been on tour, and I keep trying to record on tour but I keep losing my voice. And it’s just hard for me to record, 100 percent. So once I get off tour on the 18th, we’re really just gonna lock in and just start completely fresh. So there’s no songs: we’re really just gonna make it in three or four weeks.”

As for his Funk Flex remarks, the Hot 97 DJ called Yachty out by name recently during an on-air screed against mumble rappers. Yachty responded via Twitter, writing, “If it ain’t one hot 97 dj it’s another lmao.” Earlier in the year, Yachty and Ebro had exchanged words over Yachty's rapping ability.

LIL YACHTY posing for picture.

Lil Yachty recently revealed he quit drinking lean . On Monday (Sept. 11), Boat took to social media to show off his new look. The rapper appears slimmer in the recent photos, which showed him with a shaved head. “I chopped da top, f**k it,” he captioned the three pictures. “She like my haircut, it turn her on!!!” Although he removed his signature red hair years ago, the Georgia entertainer continuously kept his braids with beads. So, the haircut came as a surprise to his fans — who also commented on his new look.

During his response, the rapper also admitted that he changed his lifestyle and kicked lean . “I did not stop drinkin lean for ni**as to bully me and tell me I look like i have leukemia,” he jokingly shot back at his critics.

Moneybagg Yo recently opened up about his decision to stop drinking lean . In January 2022, the Memphis artist expressed he was quitting the drug and looking forward to a healthier life.

“I use to think being sober would f**k with my creative process, I see dats just a mind thing cuz I been more active skin glowing and I been dropping nun but pressure,” he typed on Twitter, and included the hashtag “#NomoWockesha.” Wockesha has become popular slang for the addictive cocktail. Lean is famously crafted from prescription cough medicines that contain promethazine or codeine combined with soda and candy, usually a jolly rancher.

Lil Yachty Debuted a New Hairstyle on TikTok and Instantly Became a Hilarious Meme

Abi Travis - Author

Updated Aug. 3 2020, 6:38 p.m. ET

Not all TikTok profiles are created equal, and we can probably all agree that Lil Yachty ’s TikTok is definitely on another level than most people’s. If you haven’t seen his incredibly hilarious and (mostly) wholesome content on TikTok, you are definitely missing out.

While most of Lil Yachty’s TikTok videos are great, one specific video has taken the internet by storm. It features him revealing his “ new hairstyle ” and it is, quite frankly, perfect — he has his nails done too! If TikTok really does get banned in the U.S., losing Lil Yachty’s content would truly be the greatest loss.

Lil Yachty showed off a new hairstyle on TikTok — and got his nails done too!

Most of Lil Yachty’s TikToks feature him just kind of living his life in his gigantic house. He’s not afraid to get a little goofy, though, as is evidenced by the video that people can’t stop talking about/making fun of. In it, Lil Yachty shows off the hairstyle shown above.

Images of Lil Yachty’s hairstyle quickly started getting shared all over the internet, with many people making jokes about the rather extreme look. Honestly, a still image really doesn’t do the hairstyle justice. Here’s the video in full (there’s some NSFW language in it, just so you know):

Incredible. As we said, people quickly took notice of the bumped-end hairstyle and started poking fun — all in good fun, of course! “I thought my auntie made a TikTok I almost choked,” one person commented on TikTok. “I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOMEBODY AUNTY,” said another.

In an earlier TikTok video, Lil Yachty also shared that he had gotten a manicure and pedicure. He had separate designs for each of his fingers, and on his pedicurist painted the word “TOES” across his toenails. We’re not sure whether Lil Yachty will be starting a new trend, but we love that he went for it.

@lilyachty Thanks Rosie 🥳🥳🥳 ##fyp ##foryoupage ##nails ♬ original sound - lilyachty

After Lil Yachty’s hairstyle became a meme, he took to Twitter to say that he was a little embarrassed that so many people had seen the video. “I ain’t gone lie my TikTok was never supposed to get out now that it’s been found I am embarrassed,” he wrote . But honestly? We’re not really sure what we even did on TikTok before discovering that Lil Yachty has become a master of the TikTok arts.

It’s not like he needs to become a viral TikTok star in order to enjoy some popularity — obviously, Lil Yachty has already proven himself capable of grand levels of success that most TikTok stars can only dream of. In May, he released his newest album, “Lil Boat 3,” which debuted at No. 14 on the US Billboard 200. It features guest appearances from ASAP Rocky, Tyler, the Creator, Future, Drake, DaBaby, Young Thug, and others.

@lilyachty 😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹 ##fyp ##foryoupage ♬ original sound - lilyachty

When he’s not making new music, he’s keeping his TikTok followers — more than 3 million of ‘em — entertained with his various antics. Sometimes that means talking about how his washer and dryer are "bullies." Sometimes it means smelling flowers in his yard . In short, he’s the best at TikTok and now we hope the app never ever gets banned.

Lil Yachty Straightens His Hair

Lil Yachty is quite the character. The Doobie wrapped rapper recently showed off a new silkylicious swoop bang to the viral TikTok “Not The Bayang” that’s been sweeping social media.

The video has garnered millions of views and comments from fans who think his “bayang” is hilarious.

Sounds like Yachty isn’t quite cool with the attention the post is getting, however. He tweeted;

“I ain’t gone lie my TikTok was never supposed to get out now that it’s been found I am embarrassed.”

Poor Lil Boat!

Yachty has a history of headline-making hair. The rapper who usually has his signature red tresses previously told Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio that he was bullied for it in high school.

“If anybody would’ve went through what I went through at that school, you would instantly cut your hair off,” said Yachty whose had his red hair since he was in 11th grade.

According to the rapper that crimson color happened while he was working at McDonald’s.

“I was on my way to work at McDonald’s. I had braids before. They were real long and they were black, but my mom made me cut them for the McDonald’s job. Then when I got the job, everybody had long braids and colored hair. So I was going to work one day and my mom said, ‘You should dye your hair red.’ And a light bulb went off in my head. I did it and then my hair grew back and I’ve had it since,” said Yachty.

What do YOU think about Lil Yachty’s “bayang”???

Lil Yachty Kissed His Signature Dreads Goodbye And Has Completely New Hair Now

John Gotty

View this post on Instagram A post shared by WorldStar Hip Hop / WSHH (@worldstar)

Lil Yachty’s never been afraid to rock the boat, bad pun intended. The buzzing rapper’s not waiting on January 1, 2017 to adopt the “new year, new me” mantra as he’s already decided to switch up his signature hairstyle, unveiled on Instagram Live late Monday night.

Gone are his signature beads and braids in exchange for a permed out look he chose to call “the James Brown look.” In the video, Lil Boat indicates he’s working on a new album and the look is just part of getting into the proper mode mentally. “I’m working on my album,” he said while munching on a corndog. “This look means seriousness. This hair do means hits. And to Funkmaster Flex this means a lot of mumble rap.”

The jab at Flex comes after the two spent the latter part of last week going back and forth over social media. Clearly, Funk Flex didn’t get the memo that Yachty’s unbothered by all the critique of his rap skills since he’s now a Grammy-nominated artist and landing big looks from the likes of Nautica , Sprite and Alexander Wang.

Naturally, social media’s response to Yachty’s new ‘do was a mixed bag, ranging from mild confusion to comical. Meanwhile, Yung Joc is somewhere flipping his hair and feeling himself for being a trendsetter at the sight of all this.

Lil Yachty Says There's No Deeper Meaning Behind Decision to Ditch Red Braids

Some fans have ascribed meaning to Lil Yachty's aesthetic switch-up. The 'Lil Boat 3'-crafter, however, affirms there is "no strategy" at play.

The Lil Boat trilogy comes to a close on Friday with the release of Lil Yachty 's  Lil Boat 3 , boasting the previously released "Split/Whole Time" and "Oprah's Bank Account," the latter of which features Drake and DaBaby .

The new era has fans ascribing meaning to a number of aesthetic and thematic possibilities, including Yachty's decision to forego the red braids look that was previously an ominpresent staple of his presentation as an artist. In a new interview with Highsnobiety , however, Yachty explained that the move is not indicative of anything as deep as fans might have assumed.

"Honestly, it was hard to maintain," he said in the new interview with Danny Schwartz, out this week. "The bleach was literally killing my hair. My hair was just dying. It's growing now. That's all. It's just hair. I just kept it red because I loved it. But it kept falling out. It never would grow."

He went on: "I think sometimes people just assume things are a lot more complex. In my world, it's just not that deep, bro."

Connecting the change to his approach to music as a whole, Yachty affirmed there is "no strategy" afoot. "It's just music," he said. "It's all fun to me. There's no strategy behind it, like, 'oh, his hair was red, it's black now. [He's] making evil rap music.' It's not like that."

Also in the interview, Yachty—who is said to have recorded the new album "four times from scratch" since sessions began in 2018—gave a similar explanation when asked if there's any thematic connection going on with the album trilogy.

"It's not that deep," he said. Peep the HS feature in full here .

Earlier this week, Yachty shared the video for "Split/Whole Time," which notably features an appearance by Playboi Carti. Revisit that below while wondering where Whole Lotta Red is.

In another display of his fan passion, Lil Yachty‘s tour stop in Vancouver last month was forced to come to a halt after he inadvertently incited pandemonium in the crowd .

According to video footage from the night, Yachty was shouting “fill it up” from the moment he started performing, directing the crowd to descend toward the mosh pit area of the arena.

His fans were more than happy to oblige and started climbing over railings and security guards – which, unsurprisingly, quickly resulted in chaos. According to TMZ , the “One Night” rapper was able to do about three or four more songs, but his mic was then promptly cut off and the house lights came on. However, the show still wasn’t over, as a voice over the speakers simply told the crowd to head back to their seats, which Yachty encouraged.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough, and the show was ultimately shut down.

Weeks prior, Toronto attendees at Lil Yachty’s Field Trip Tour were treated to a surprise appearance from their hometown hero, Drake .

Lil Boat brought his Field Trip Tour to HISTORY, where Drizzy was lurking in the crowd up in the balcony section. Needless to say, the 6 God’s presence didn’t go unnoticed and at some point during the show he jumped on the mic himself.

“Aye Boat,” Drake said while rocking colorful hair accessories. “I know you been going crazy tonight. First of all, I just wanna say, y’all make some noise for one of my best friends in the muthafuckin’ world.

“You been going crazy tonight. I haven’t been home in four months, so you take yourself a little break. I’ma try some shit out.”

From the comfort of the VIP section, Drake then proceeded to perform his “Meltdown” collaboration from Travis Scott ‘s UTOPIA , which sent the hometown crowd into a frenzy.

Lil Yachty Braids: The Complete Guide for This Rapper’s Hairstyles

Lil Yachty braids are as unique and individualistic as the rapper himself. Since the day he arrived on the hip-hop scene with songs like “One Night”, “Minnesota”, and “Broccoli”, people have been impressed with his braids.

After achieving mainstream popularity, he has not gone for any style other than braids. Just think about him and you would find that you can’t imagine Lil Yachty without braids.

Even with his braids, he has not experimented too many times. However, there are a couple of braids styles that he has tried out.

Each one of these Lil Yachty hairstyles has been absolute bangers, just like his music. He brings some interesting twists on his braids that make them stand apart from the rest.

In this article, we will break down these amazing styles and talk about them in detail. So, read till the end to learn about the best braids styles of Lil Yachty.

Table of Contents

Lil Yachty Red Braids

Red braids with beads, lil yachty black braids, braids with bandana, french braids, braided pigtails, tied beads on the sides, loose top knot, multi-colored beads, frequently asked questions, final words, 9 exciting lil yachty braids styles you should try.

We have picked and compiled 9 of the most stunning braids styles of Lil Yachty for you. Go through this list to find out which style you vibe with the most.

Lil Yachty Red Braids

Red braids have been the signature Lil Yachty hairstyle throughout his career. Even before he became a rapper or even had braids, he used to dye his hair red as a young man.

This red color has been a constant companion in his journey. Maybe that’s why for a long period of time we haven’t seen him with any other hair color. However, if I were you, I wouldn’t necessarily dye my hair red and would choose another color that’s more meaningful to me.

As for braiding your hair, you can go for simple box braids. I’d also recommend the two strand twist or three strand twist styles if your hair is still too short for braids.

Red Braids With Beads

This one is the Lil Yachty braids style. Without a doubt, this is his most widely recognized hairstyle. It’s probably the one Lil Yachty hairstyle you were aware of even before you started reading this article.

You should dye your hair before you start braiding if you want to keep it colored for a long time. If it’s a short-term commitment, then you can first braid your hair and then use a temporary hair color spray.

Lil Yachty also keeps his braids thin and has a good number of them. So, you have to divide your hair into many sections. When you are done braiding all the sections, you can attach the beads. Lil Yachty usually prefers transparent beads.

Lil Yachty Black Braids

The Lil Yachty black braids style surprised a lot of people when he first appeared with it. They were just shocked that he had finally ditched the red color and went with his natural hair color.

He again surprised his fans when he attached diamond beads to his black braids. I am very much aware that it’s not a viable option for most people. You can just attach white beads if you want as that would create a cool contrast.

Lil Yachty also went for thicker braids this time. They were lesser in number as well. So, you won’t have to create that many sections for this one.

Braids With Bandana

Lil Yachty seems to be a huge fan of bandanas. Back when he had red braids and even now, he seems to wear a bandana pretty frequently. It actually makes sense because wearing a bandana is one of the easiest ways of making your braids more striking.

There are two ways he styles his braids with a bandana. One is when he wears it just over his braids. Then, the braids come out from underneath the bandana.

The other style is when he wears it higher and lets a couple of his braids stick out from the top of the bandana. He has tried beads with both of these styles as well.

French Braids

If you are looking for Lil Yachty without braids, this style is the closest thing you will find. This is unlike any other Lil Yachty braids styles and he pulls it off really well.

To get this style, you only need to have two long braids. First, you have to create a partition straight down the middle. Then, you need two braids at the front. Both braids will start from the partition, go sideways, go halfway around your head and then fall at the back.

I would also keep my front hairline tidy and crisp for this style. The rest of that hair that’s not braided should be slick and close to the scalp.

Braided Pigtails

This is a unique Lil Yachty hairstyle that he has come up with just by tying up his braids in a certain way. I can’t be entirely sure if he intentionally wanted to create a pigtail-inspired style. But, the style certainly looks like that.

You have to create a middle partition for this style as well. Then, you have to take all the braids from one side and tie them up on that side of your head. Do the same for the other side as well.

There will be a couple of loose braids at the front and the back of your head. Also, this style works better with beads because then it has more texture and character.

Tied Beads On The Sides

You have to attach beads to your braids for this style. Beads are necessary to create this distinct look. Also, make sure that there are 4-5 beads for each braid.

You have to create a middle partition to begin. Then, you have to create scalp braids that go sideways. Just like French braids, these braids will go from the partition to the opposite side of your head.

Finally, you have to take all your braids from one side and tie them together, kind of like the pigtail style. But, you have to tie them in a way so that only the beads are dangling from both sides.

Loose Top Knot

This Lil Yachty braids style is really easy to get. Despite being a simple style, it actually is quite impactful and can give you an attractive look.

It is basically a top knot style where you take all of your hair and tie them right at the top of your head. But, you would not tie all your braids for this style.

Few braids need to be free. Lil Yachty styles it in a way that there are loose braids on the sides and the back. If you want, you can let a few of them fall from the front to your forehead.

Multi Colored Beads

This is the last Lil Yachty braids style on my list. This one includes beads as well. For this style, it’s better if you have thin braids and there are a lot of them.

The more braids you have, the better you will look. Also, the braids need to be longer. At the end of each braid, you will attach multiple beads and they will be of different colors.

You can just create a middle partition and let these colorful beads hang down from both sides. Feel free to choose any color you want.

We have already mentioned how popular Lil Yachty braids are. So, it’s not a surprise that there are tons of questions that are frequently asked about his braids. We’ll answer a few of them in this section.

How to get Lil Yachty Braids?

Well, you have seen from the list that there are a couple of Lil Yachty braids styles you can choose from. But, most of them include box braids and attaching beads to your braids. Check out this video to have a basic idea of how to braid your hair and attach beads.

Why did Lil Yachty ditch his red braids?

Lil Yachty has stopped dying his braids red, which he was doing for a long time. He said in an interview that dying his hair frequently was actually damaging his hair a lot. That’s why he stopped doing it before his hair got severely and irreparably damaged.

Through this article, I have shown you the best braided hairstyles of Lil Yachty. It is now up to you to decide which styles you want to adopt.

When you have braids, you have to be extra careful about maintenance. You can’t avoid providing the care that your braids need. I have a few suggestions that you can follow.

You must avoid making your braids too tight. If your braids are too tight, that can seriously damage your hair and might even cause permanent hair loss.

You also have to regularly hydrate and moisturize your scalp. Oiling your scalp is also a very positive practice. However, whatever moisturizer or oil you are using, make sure that those suit your hair and scalp.

Finally, sleep on a silk or satin surface. Also, wear a durag while sleeping to keep your braids fresh. Just follow these recommendations and rock your Lil Yachty inspired braids with confidence.

Lil Yachty — the Atlanta rapper who came to fame with what he called “bubblegum trap”, a brightly hued version of the southern rap genre — used to double as an inadvertent investment aid. Whenever he released an album or mixtape, the S&P 500 would plummet. The wilder fringes of financial analysis took note. “Market is doomed, new Lil Yachty album just dropped,” a Reddit thread warned last year when Let’s Start Here came out.

But Yachty’s latest bucked the trend. The S&P 500 has thrived since its arrival. And Yachty’s reputation has climbed too. Where once he was viewed as something of a novelty act, all red braided hair and hyper-jaunty tunes, now terms such as “ambitious left-turn” and “spectacular” have been turning up in notices. An unexpected stylistic swerve was the reason why — for Let’s Start Here is Lil Yachty’s psychedelic rock album.

The rapper, real name Miles Parks McCollum, opened his Wembley show lining up alongside an all-women backing band. Hallucinatory visuals with magic mushrooms and LSD imagery unfolded on a screen behind them. Such trippiness isn’t unusual in hip-hop: there have been a number of lysergically influenced acid-rap records over the years, including mainstream hits such as Travis Scott’s Astroworld . But Yachty’s plunge into psych-rock is singular. Among the inspirations is Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon , a “whoa” moment for the rapper when he first heard it. Another is Tame Impala.

Fairly smooth and laid-back on record, his brand of psychedelia acquired a more frantic character live. Forceful drumming and guitar action turned songs into battering rams at the doors of perception. Two backing singers did wordless vocal runs like gale-force versions of Floyd’s “The Great Gig in the Sky”. Meanwhile Yachty sang with a gruff holler, which was given a fluting quality by audio processing.

A half-empty venue suggested that not all his fans have signed up for the ride. However, those present made up for the shortfall with a boisterous display of energy. They were rewarded with a long section of straight-up rap tracks featuring his Concrete Boys crew, a quartet of MCs. Booming snare drums and skittering hi-hats rang out. The catchy sound of his early “bubblegum trap” style was absent: Yachty has disavowed the label (and also ditched his red braids).

Made gruffer by what he called “a battle with a spring allergy”, his voice suited the no-nonsense beats. Moshpits opened up in the audience. Then it was back to rock songs with his band, brashly loud affairs in which Yachty cried “Can you feel it?” amid crashing drums and riffs and fusillades of flashing lights. It was messy and unsubtle, but also entertaining and fully committed. The gimmicky rapper of old is now a buy.

St. Petersburg, FL Straight Survivor Stories

 Dawn, St. Petersburg Straight 90-93

Natalie, St Petersburg, FL Straight Inc, 88-89

Just another day- Front row, blue chair…. Motivating and scared because I have no idea what I will say if I get called on, I better think quick and come up with something. I’ve been here for a long time…. I stop moving my hands in the air and my brain kicks in for a minute. I don’t want to wave my hands in the air and motivate. I DON’T want to be here. This place is messed up. I think they are brainwashing me.

I put my face in my hands I can’t take what is going on to the ri ght of me or to the left of me. I can’t take it. I should have opted for juvie. I would rather be dead than take one more minute of this. GOD please help me. Somebody please help me. I want to scream, I want to run. Oh, shit they notice I‘m not participating. Here they come. I shake my head violently no,no,no. Fuck you! They grab my arms and pull them away from my face. No, no, no leave me alone, just leave me alone. I’m struggling, I’m losing my mind. Don't touch me! My nemeses in the tall chair in front of the group gives the order- “take her down”.

I’m on the floor; I hit my head hard on the concrete. No, no, no- don’t sit on my chest, don’t fucking do that. DON’T….. DON'T.... The pressure pushes the air out of my lungs. I can’t breathe. I can’t fucking breathe. I get angrier but I am in so much pain. My arms are crushed It feels like my muscles are exploding. Please stop, Please stop, I scream GET THE FUCK OFF OF ME!!!!! I can only scream for a few minutes. The air is gone from my lungs. My face turns red and I am gasping again. Why doesn't someone help me? I didn't do ANYTHING.

Chance Terrance, St. Petersburg Straight Inc, 1986-1987

I was in Straight St Pete from 86 to 87 for about seven months. Well, I was about the only black kid I know in that warehouse at the time, except for Nathan. I think he turned 18 and then commenced a few weeks later. I copped out because they were hitting and spitting on kids inside the warehouse and I was like 'fuck that shit'. During a 'bullshit rap' or 'sex rap' and sometimes a 'boy's rap' to get aroused about fake experiences, virgin newcomers felt pressured to discuss activities we all knew nobody in that sectional room could perform. I was trying to get on a greyhound bus, an elderly lady paid for my bus ticket. Cops were looking for me, they cuffed and drove me to a juvenile hall out near Hwy 19. In juvie I got into fights. They let my dad pick me up and take me back to Straight warehouse a couple weeks later. I got up to 2nd phase but was "restarted" on my "phases" because I refused to grab kids asses and take them home with me. Nathan was talking with me and some oldcomers in his host home, he said staff beat a kid to death and buried him in the yard of Straight, by a large tree. An oldcomer said he knew one of the staff who was in on that. Another straightling who went on staff sometimes joked there were two kids murdered and buried at the founders' Treasure Island house. I am not surprised Straight murders are lost when I look at other camps, known for burying their victims. When Nathan came back on staff later he always looked high with red eyes and I remember thinking a few times most of the staff looked high. When I copped out the second time I got hooked on lsd, shrooms, and low grade heroine; that was over a decade ago and I haven't done anything unlawful since. Before Straight I never missed school and I even went to church sometimes with family or friends. During and after Straight program, all my education was destroyed, my parents didn't care if I went to school or not after Straight. Nathan was trying to be cool as a trainee staff this one time he took me out of group for a "one on one" meeting, just me and him. He asked me how I was doing and I said okay and we got quiet. I worked up the nuts to ask him about the dead kid. He said 'he saw two staffers retrieve a shovel and another utensil from the shed to bury the kid in the ground'. Nathan said the kid's name and that the kid intake the same week Nathan did. He told me not to worry about that boy and he got my back, and try to work with the steps and signs. At Straight I think kids got dumped on, some got murdered for speaking up or trying to escape. I was in my underwear when I "copped out" 2nd time at an oldcomer's host home. We finally got out the window, walked along the waterway, that afternoon we made it into Clearwater. After five days homeless in the woods, I went home and told my dad what happened, why, and he gave up. I do not know what he did later with Straight or if they called him. I consider that I am an adult now and I have no use for my childhood any more, I put those things away. But I am against abusing kids. Chance Terrance Straight Inc 86 - 87

Lorraine, St Petersburg Straight Inc. 1979-1981

My name is Lorraine and I was in Straight Inc from August 1979 to January 1981.

Tony Patino - The Great Escape, St. Petersburg, FL 1987

It was the 1987, I was 17 years old, and I was quite the hell raiser. Although I tried all the basic recreational drugs of that era, I was addicted to nothing. Either way, my parents were concerned about me. There were a few occasions where I hadn't come home for a week or two because I was shacked up with a few of my druggie friends, enjoying their score with them. It was shortly after one of those excursions that my parents asked me if I would agree to go to drug rehab. I replied with a stright-up, “Hell no!” Eventually they asked me if I would agree to a simple seven day evaluation at a drug rehab. I thought about it, and said, “What the hell.....let's do it!” I figured I wasn't a drug addict, so I had nothing to worry about. I felt like I could use a break from life anyway, and to be catered to by a professional staff sounded great to me. I envisioned myself kicked back in the cool air conditioning, on a nice comfy bed, watching TV and eating yummy cafeteria food, as people in white coats asked me stupid questions. Ah, yes.....a week long vacation.

So I packed a bag, then my parents took me out to eat, and then on to the facility. We lived just North of Tampa, Florida, and this place was just across the bridge in St. Petersburg. I remember pulling into the place and seeing the word “STRAIGHT” in big letters across the front of the building. I don't remember much about the intake process, except for how surprised the staff seemed to be that I was coming in voluntarily. Eventually, when all the paperwork and stuff was finished, they asked my parents if they had any final questions. My father said, “Yes. Are you positive that he can't escape?” They said, “Oh trust me. Nobody ever escapes from here.” That kinda' caught me off guard. I wasn't exactly happy that they took all my cigarettes either, but I should have seen that one coming.

It was early evening when I said goodbye to my folks, and the days festivities had already wound down. I was put in a room with another kid who started talking to me about the program. He was also surprised that I was there on my own free will. I told him all about how I was looking forward to seven days of relaxation, and he said, “Seven days?? There is no seven day program. You're here for at least ninety days.” I was like, “What?” He was a “level 3” patient, and I ended up going home with him and his father. I was told that they were to be my “host” home. As it goes, “level 1” patients (me) stay at the homes of “level 3” patients (him). Level 3 patients are allegedly clean and sober and ready to move on, and are no longer a flight risk.

We went to their home nearby, which was a two-story home in a very nice neighborhood. We had a nice dinner, then I was instructed to take a shower. While I was in the shower, the father sat on the toilet watching me. He allowed me to keep the shower curtain closed, as long as I kept one had on the wall outside the shower at all times. After that, the father watched me use the bathroom, then he took me to the room where I would be sleeping. It was an empty room on the second floor, with two beds in it, and nothing else. He showed me how the windows had alarms on them, and promised me that if I opened any of them that the entire neighborhood would hear the sirens. He went thru all the clothes I'd brought and told me that I was only allowed to wear long pants with belt loops on them. I wondered what the hell that was all about, but I didn't ask him about it. He then took all of my clothes except the socks and underweaar I wearing, and set them outside the bedroom door, which was also set up with an alarm. His son and I slept in there together that night.

We were up bright and early the next morning ready to head back to the facility, and the first thing they did was start leading me around by a belt loop on the back of my pants. The first thing I did was ask to call my parents to ask them about this ninety day crap. I was told that I was not allowed to call my parents, and that I would have to wait and see them on parents' day. We all ended up in the main room of the building, where there were about 100 plastic chairs full of different kinds of teenagers. That day's events consisted of sing-along-songs, lectures, and crying. I watched as kids would randomly leap out of their seat and make a break for the door, only to be pummelled by staff members and level 3 patients. Sometimes it was pretty brutal too. The more they fought to get away, the more they got beaten into submission. At times, there would be five or six kids try to split all at once, resulting in sort of a mini-riot. Their was one particular kid that tried to escape three or four times. They eventually put him in the corner by himself, with three or four people guarding him. We had lunch around noon, then it was back to singing nursery rymes and freaking out.

That night was “parents' night,” but I'd just gotten there, so mine didn't come. I watched as a line of parents entered the room and stood up front, and their kids were allowed to address them. There were lots of tears to say the least, and lots of, “Please get me the hell outta' here!” We sat in those chairs for a total of twelve hours that day, and I was not allowed to do anything unless someone had me by the belt loop. When I was ALLOWED to go to the bathroom, I had to do it with someone staring at me. After several request to call my parents, I decided that this was NOT what I signed up for, and if nobody had ever escaped from there, I was gonna' be the first. I knew I'd never make it out of the facility, but the “host” home was a different story.

On our drive back to the “host” home that evening, I made it a point to watch for specific landmarks so I could figure out where I was. I wasn't familiar with the area, so if I were to make it out of the house, I'd need to know how to get back to the main roads. After dinner and everything, the father was telling me how wonderful he thought it was that I knew I needed help, and was excepting it so willingly. Inside my head I was freaking out, but I had to continue to play the game so they didn't feel the need to throw any extra security measures my way.

Once I was locked in the room with my sleeping partner, I immediately closed my eyes and acted like I was sleeping. I waited until “level 3 boy” was fast asleep and snoring, then I climbed out of bed and started creeping around the room. Looking out the window, I realized that we were pretty high up off the ground. That window was my only option though. There was an air conditioning unit right underneath us, and I noticed that the fan would rattle really loudly for a few seconds when it kicked on. I decided that the next time it did that, that would be my cue to go for it. It must have kicked on and off five times though, and I just couldn't seem to build up the nerve. Eventually though, I unlocked the window and waited, as it began to rain like hell outside. Talk about bad timing! It must have been about 2am. Finally, the a/c fan began to rattle, I through up the window, the alarm started blaring, and I backed up and dove straight through it with the screen still in place. The screen popped out, and I flew through the window head/hands first, scraping the hell out of my hipbone on the way through. Somehow I didn't twist or break anything as I slammed into the hard, wet ground below. In one quick second I was up and running. Wearing nothing but underwear and socks. In the pouring rain!

My first order of business was to get as far away from that house as possible, and I could hear the alarm siren the whole time I was running. Once I felt like I was at a safe distance, I decided I'd better find some clothes. I had originally planned to look for some back yard clothes lines, but that plan got nixed by the rain. Plan B was to check for unlocked cars and hopefully find some clothes that way. The only thing I could find was a white bed sheet in somebody's back seat though. So there I was, wandering through the suburbs of St. Petersburg wearing nothing but a bed sheet. Luckily the rain had stopped at that point.

On my walk, I came across a kick scooter for little kids. I wasn't perfect, but it did help me cover ground in a more timely mannor. So I kick scootered myself back into a more populated area, using the landmarks I had taken note of on our way home that day. Of course I had to stay out of plain site, but somehow I managed to scooter all the way North to Tampa Bay, where I faced my next obstacle.....The Howard Frankland Bridge! That thing is three miles long, and about fifty feet high above the water.

I ended up hiding behind a convenience store near the onramp leading to bridge, wondering what the hell I was gonna' do next. I knew I needed I ride, but I was wearing a toga, and it was 3am and nobody was around. Eventually some goofball was coming out of the store, and I just walked up and said, “Hey man! I need a ride!” He asked me why I was wearing a bed sheet, and I told him I would tell him if he gave me a ride across the bridge. Amazingly, he agreed, and I ran and retrieved my little scooter from behind a dumpster and jumped into his car.

Not only did that guy give me a ride across the bridge, he even went the extra mile and took me all the way to my buddy Dave's parents' house. From Dave's house, I got some rest, then called my father at his job and told him that I had escaped. Of course he said I had to go back (which I completely understand), but I told him of the abuse I witnessed there, and threatened to dissappear if he forced me to go back. He reluctanly came and got me, then took me to a store to buy a shirt and some shorts, then took me home and yelled, “Stay here!” As soon as he left to go back to work, the phone rang. It was somebody from The Straight Program, and they said, “Yeah, we've been trying to call. I don't know how else to say this, so I'll just say it. Tony escaped last night and we have no idea where he is.” I can't remember exactly what my response was, but I'm quite certain there were some four letter words included.

JC, My Straight Story-Surviving the Cult St Petersburg, FL 1985-1986

There are so many events and details I could write, but I'll try to condense everything for easier reading and just hit the high points. (no pun intended...haha!)

Caveat: Due to trauma there are many events I simply don't remember. Some events I can remember one thing, but the other parts are totally blacked out. I'll do my best to recall.

At the age of 15 my parents were going through a very ugly, combative divorce after 20 years of marriage. Me, my twin sister and older brother were all having a hard time with what was going on.  My twin had already been hospitilized and treated for severe Anorexia Nervosa. My brother was actively using drugs and drinking. I was definitely using drugs and drinking. I ran away from home several times, but only stayed gone overnight. The last time, my boyfriend's mother agreed to take me in. I was almost 16, and things were very bad at home.

About a month later, my mom calls me and says she wants to take me to lunch to talk things over. My boyfriend dropped me off at the meeting place. Soon as he drove off, police officers descended on me and put me in hancuffs. They took me to Juvenile Detention where I stayed for several nights. (A terrifying experience, by the way) Long story long...my mom picks me up from there and authorities put me on a flight. I had no clue where I was going.

It turned out my mom had decided to sell our house and go live in Merritt Island, FL. She'd discovered Staight, INC in St Petersburg and that is where I was going. My parents were in large cult in the 70's and I think, maybe the mentality of Straight appealed to them. It was probably familiar territory. They got out while I was young, but I remember alot of things about the religion.

Anyway, we landed, got there and went right into intake-mode. All jewelry off, makeup off, they interrogated me for hours. They grabbed me by my beltloop and marched me to my first group. It happened to be one of those big Friday night rallies where the parents attended. Parents were standing up confronting their kids. The kid would reply across the room, then the parents would yell "Love ya Kimberly (or whoever...) !!!!", and the kid would yell back "Love ya mom! Love ya dad!" I immediately recognized this place as a mind-control thing, from my past cult exposure.

I was assigned an "old comer" and went to their house that night. Their car didn't have doors that locked where you could not escape, so she sat on me with her legs twisted into my legs the whole way home. So I couldn't "cop-out", she said.

My oldcomer was a mean girl. She probably had to be to survive in that place. She told me awful stories of her "druggie days" where she prostituted for drugs. Which, looking back, I'm not so sure was true. I now know kids made up all kinds of stories to fit in and move up in the program.

She made me take a shower while she watched every second of it. There were permanent locks on her bedroom windows, and the bedroom door had an alarm on it which sat on the outside of the door. To exit, she'd open the door, then quickly turn the alarm off. Looking back, it was kind of stupid, because anyone could turn it off like that.......but anyway......

So I learned all about "motivating"; flapping my arms like a maniac to show how enthusiastic I was about getting Straight. Woo hoo!

We were denied medical care, and I saw many, many kids violently restrained. I saw public humiliations over and over again. It seemed the whole system was set up that no matter what a person did, they were going to FAIL . I pretty much went along with the program. I hated it, but was stuck there. If I slouched in my chair, they knuckled me in the back. If I had to pee, too bad. I had to hold it. And hold it. And hold it. Actually I think I peed around 7am everyday and maybe 7pm at night, that's it. I saw kids have accidents on themselves. I saw punishments for such accidents. Some kids were punished by having food withheld. I think the most disturbing was watching other kids tackle and beat up the kids who were running for their lives.........

I also think some of those kids ran for the doors during group out of sheer boredom.

It certainly did serve as some entertainment. You knew they'd never get out, but they barrelled head-first towards those doors regardless.....

I honestly have no idea how long I was on 1st phase, but it was a while. I finally made it to 2nd phase. From the minute I walked into that place, I knew the moment I made 3rd phase and "went home", I was going to run for it. Now....keep in mind...my mom lived THREE HOURS AWAY from St. Petersburg. So, I was doomed to live in foster "host homes" for the entire duration of my recovery. Talk about a stupid set-up! There was no way I could "integrate" back into my family...much less attend school until I finally graduated that hell-hole. Plus, my family was in a total shambles at the time. I couldn't go home, and staying was futile. It felt so hopeless.

We were denied medical care, food, sometimes beverages, our dignity, abused, we were NOT allowed to see family or friends much less talk to them, or go to school. At least SOME kids did eventually go sleep in their own beds. But the bedroom I'd knows was far away in another state, and my new bedroom was some room I had never seen, much less would sleep in every night on 3rd phase. It was so stupid. I'm convinced Straight, INC realized this, but talked my mom into the program for the money they'd gain from yet another client.

12 to 14 hour days were completely inundated with group sessions, run by kids or graduates of Straight, 7 days per week. I never once saw a professional counselor or therapist of any kind.

But this is what happens when you let the inmates run the asylum..............

Staight told my mom to destroy ALL pictures of me, me with my friends, and school yearbooks with pictures when I was a "druggie." She did. As a result, I'm 45 years old now and have exactly ONE picture of myself as a teenager. I have no pictures with my family, brother or sister. Definitely none of friends from back then.

It's like I didn't even exist from ages 14-18.

At one point I was assigned a "newcomer." I'll never forget the look on her face...I think she was in complete shock for about the first 3 weeks. Me and the other "oldcomer" did the twister-leg thing with her in the car each day to and from the facility. We told her if she tried to run, we'd "get her" and she'd be sorry. I was never intentionally cruel to her, but looking back it seemed natural, like that was what I had to do so I did it. I had to play along with the rest of this pack, if I were ever going to get out.

One night while on 2nd phase, I woke up in the middle of the night at my "host home." Everyone was sleeping, out cold. I got up, opened that bedroom door and flipped the alarm. I was in the hallway! Alone! I went into the living room and ..... gasp!! READ A MAGAZINE. (Reading was NOT allowed) I may have been out for all of 10 minutes, but it was insane how free I felt!!!!! I crept back into the bedroom. Nobody woke up and I got away with it....... (insert cheers here!!!!)

However, I was convinced the rest of my duration in Straight that I was going to burn in hell for keeping this secret escapade to myself....the brainwashing was starting to sink in.....

At one point, I was authorized a weekend visit with my mom, outside the Straight walls. She drove all the way from Cocoa Beach area, paid for a hotel suite she couldn't afford, and had all kinds of food for me. I/we were so excited. I had been at the hotel maybe an hour...when Straight called my mom. She was to bring me back to Straight immediately, and we were not told why. My mom said she'd wait in the lobby until we could go back to the hotel........

I was sat in a group rap session. The person leading the rap was a female who'd graduated already. She kept walking by me, back and forth, back and forth, wagging her finger and singing "somebody's in trouuuuuuuuble", "shame, shame, for shame on someboooooooody who's been a very bad girrrrrrlll...". I was just shocked and had no idea what was going on....

The next thing I know, this girl who'd ran away ("copped out") a month prior was standing up screaming at me. I'd taken her to the bathroom by her beltloop a week before. While in the bathroom, she started talking and saying how great it was to see her boyfriend while she was free. I had let her talk for a minute, but then did the "shhhh" sign with my hand to mouth because as we know, "newcomers" were not allowed to talk unsupervised, inside the building if not in group.

She had turned me in for " inappropriate behavior of an oldcomer ." She was yelling at me, crying and saying "I'd just returned from copping out!!!! I was NEW!! You should have known better than to let me talk about my boyfriend!!! You've been faking your recovery this whole time!!!!"

The whole group started devouring me like ravage animals. I was immediately set back to Phase1.

I was denied my weekend with my mom, and that night led to a new "host home" by my belt loop. I stayed in many host homes actually, but this one was punishment.

Right after this happened, one day we were getting ready in the host home's bathroom. I used one of my old dry toothbrushes as a grooming tool on my eyelashes. You know, just brushed them upwards.

In a girl's-only group that day, I was blasted for two hours straight for "vanity". Told I was on my way to being a slut again. And, that I was a druggie who was displaying "druggie behavior" by grooming my eyelashes. They shoved a full-length mirror in front of me, grabbed my head by the hair and screamed "Look at yourself!! Look at yourself!! How pretty are you now druggie?!?!" as they slammed my face right into the mirror.

Then, they took me to another group, a big one with both boys and girls. The boys stood up and made fun of me. They told me I was ugly, a whore, and when then were on the outside wouldn't have had anything to do with me even when they were "druggies" because I was so ugly.

It was a very hard month.

Fast forward. I make it to 3rd phase. I get a weekend visit home to my mom's 3 hours away. Provided, another "3rd phaser" goes with me. The first night we spent the night and just visited. The next day after dinner, my mom lay down on the couch in a back room because she had a migraine. The other "3rd phaser" went to take a shower.

This was my only chance.

I very, very quietly opened the front door. The sun was setting and I had no idea where I was, or where I was going. I had nothing, and I mean nothing, but the shoes on my feet and the clothes on my back.

And I ran like hell for my life.

Now, I was picked up later, but did not return to Straight, INC. For anyone who's interested, I'm going to post my "cop-out" story at Copout Stories From Straight Inc. Survivors

After all this was said and done, I went to live with my dad at the age of 16 in another state. In my early 30's, I was diagnosed with a severe and incurable bladder disease.

The specialiasts (doctors) say my bladder disease is a direct result of being forced to hold my urine for so many hours, so often, for a year while in Straight, INC.

In the 90's, I had no idea someone could sue Straight for damages, or I would have. I have severe PTSD, have had Major Depressive Episodes off and on my whole life, wound up with more than one very abusive man. I've had problems relating to other people. I'm terrified of people in uniform...police, military, fireman etc., it brings on PTSD symptoms really bad. I don't like being told what to do. I've had more therapy than you could imagine, but have done my very best to overcome the past.

Through it all, I managed to secure a career and earn a license in another field. I still work but as I age the bladder disease is becoming very difficult to live with. Two years ago, I tried to kill myself. I flat-lined but someone found me and I lived.

My family is a complete mess. Nobody in my immediate family speaks to each other. My twin was very traumatized by having her twin ripped away from her at 15, and not being allowed to see me. She even came to the Straight building once trying to save me! They tried to put HER in a room and "intake" her! She doesn't talk to any of us. It's a long story but she is just so traumatized. Everyone handles trauma in their own way. She walked away from the whole family 8 years ago, and I really don't fault her for doing so.

My brother became a severe drug addict/alcoholic, but has been sober for several years now.

We are all making our way in the world on our own, the best we know how.

Straight ruined my health and my family. The emotional and psychological scars just run too deep, I guess, for my family to reconcile all the trauma.

I don't date lately and did not have kids. I did get married once for 7 years. But, it's kinda hard to explain my past to anyone. There are times in my life where I sort of rise up from the ashes and am successful.

I have a huge fear of getting close to anyone. I'm glad I ran away from Straight, INC. That place sucked and I hope the founders rot  forever. Thank you for letting me share my story. I sincerely hope it helps others recognize and avoid cults of any kind.

JC/Straight, INC Surivovor

Casey Smith - St. Petersburg, FL Straight, 1980-1982

One Blue Chair

Christmas In Straight, Inc.

My name is Yashid Marshoein I was an inpatient client of Straight, Incorporated at its national headquarters located in Pinellas Park, Florida;

3001 N Gandy Blvd

Pinellas Park, FL 33782

I was falsely imprisoned and incarcerated in the Straight, Inc. back warehouse with its other inpatient clients, known by and called out by adult employees as child "phasers". Phasers and I were constantly physically beaten, kicked, spat on, physically restrained, knuckles dug into, pushed, hindered and stopped from entering and leaving doorways. We were forced all the time to do these same crimes to other children. If I acted out by not sitting up ramrod straight and following all group rules every day I was forced to the floor by adult staff and other phasers and then I was physically forced to go into Straight, Inc’s isolation rooms for the day and sometimes for a full week. It didnt' take long for the senior and executive staff to demand my family place my younger sibling Judeline Louis into the program, because Straight, Inc. promoted itself and made us children work and promote it as a full "family treatment center". Basically this meant that if a parent or parents had more than one child, those children were drug addicts no matter if they not and no matter what. Straight, Inc. owners and staff all expected all children within a family to be fully enrolled as inpatient client phasers of its slave cult program. Years later, long after I escaped from one of Straight, Inc. parent host homes, I talked with my sister Judeline and she told me that sibling raps were a pre-determinate for entry into the full inpatient client program, that adult staff lead the sibling rap meetings, which occurred every Friday evening at the Straight, Inc. warehouse, which were very intimidating and staff constantly tried to coerce and sometimes even physically prod and push non-inpatient siblings to admit to drug and alcohol addiction so that they would then be admitted fully into the Straight, Inc. cult along with their other phaser siblings. Mind you, adult staff of Straight, Inc.; none of them were licensed doctors, their only qualifications , history and education were only one of two things; either they were “graduates” of the Straight, Inc. cult program, or they were pulled in and employed b/c of their history as a drug and alcohol addict themselves – their only qualification being they needed at least two weeks off drugs or alcohol to be employed by Straight, Inc. At some points, when staff employment was low, Straight, Inc. employed way more and highly unqualified persons to watch after and counsel children, including employing children at staff.

Us phasers were never paid for the labor we done at the program, and I found out a couple decades later that Straight, Inc. was supposed to be a nonprofit program. I looked recently at the intake contracts that Straight, Inc. staff forced me and other phasers to sign, the staff that did my intake lied a whole lot to my parents about why staff intended to keep me for a two week evaluation. At no time do those contracts ever state I nor other phasers would perform labor for Straight, Inc, beyond receiving treatment for addiction. At no time was I ever addicted to drugs nor alcohol, my only qualification for being enrolled into its program was that my parents and I showed up to the warehouse.

But they sure as hell billed the shit out of parents even though Straight, Inc. was supposed to be a Nonprofit program. Many parents later stopped paying when they found out the abuse they was doing to us kids, parents started pulling their kids when the abuses went public.

The thing that still stings to this day and still gets me the most is the lack of recognition, except to the pedophile owners of Straight, Inc., for all the work all us surviving children who were physically beat down daily and made to perform all kinds of insane labor at that place. My school records in Straight, Inc.'s "Straight School" were not reported, lost, mishandled and destroyed. Straight, Inc. owners and staff employed there; they hired a Pinellas County licensed school teacher. When Straight, Inc. was forced to shut down by Dept of Justice and FBI investigations (see Marcus Chatfield's FOIA documents showing the FL Grand Jury and FBI multi-state investigation) and DCF / HRS investigations; it failed and maliciously and deliberately and unlawfully did not report the school records it had amassed of and for all the phaser child clients – including me 0 in Straight, Inc.'s inhouse (inside the warehouse) sub-program it called and was known as Straight School.

Straight School was a room inside and toward the back left of its warehouse there in Pinellas Park, FL. The teacher's last name was Horton, I am still searching for her first name. Horton, the teacher, and adult staff employed at Straight, Inc. failed to accurately and did not at all report all my school records, course grades, credits, exams, and other (including CLEP Tests Exams (more than 20)) which I successfully and fully completed at Straight School. The inhouse school and adult staff forced and made me and us phasers all complete diplomas from high schools and degrees from accredited Florida colleges that permitted Horton and Straight School and Straight, Inc. adult staff to remotely proctor those schools’ class curriculums, books, exams, courses, credits, grades and more, to completion of high school diploma and plural degrees at Straight School. During my year and a half at Straight, I was told constantly and my sister Judeline was constantly told, and I saw and I heard other phasers be told repeatedly, by adult staff (and it was widely and commonly understood by all parents and all children in and involved with and at Straight, Inc.) that all the work and other we were forced and made to perform, all were for Life Experience accredited credits and full course credits and especially for FULL COLLEGE DEGREES in Education and in Medicine at and through the University of South Florida.

In 2019, I see the owners of Straight, Inc actually have been partnering and were directly affiliated with University of South Florida so I know the degree offering from and Straight is and remains true and still owed. But Straight, Inc., Straight School, its teachers and adult staff and the owners, failed to report and maliciously withheld all the degrees and diplomas, credits, grades, courses, exams, final exams. receipts, and other accredited official documents showing all final grades and credits and diplomas and degrees we and I earned at Straight School proctoring from Pinellas County high schools and other schools in Florida including Gibbs High School, Saint Petersburg College (I see evidence proving the owners have and are involved directly with this college) and University of South Florida.

It was widely stated by Straight adult staff and phasers and parents that we and I would all recieve a Master's degree in Medicine and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of South Florida upon graduation from Straight, Inc. During my time imprisoned at Straight, Inc. and its Straight School inside there, I earned and fully completed several hundred hours of college degree credits and completed fully the degree program (with all completed, passing grades in all courses necessary) for Education (4 yr bachelor's degree) and the promised and repeatedly agreed and stated and Masters in Education and Masters in Medicine @ and from University of South Florida after I also had completed my high courses and diploma for grades 11 and 12 proctored by Straight School.

The owners of Straight, Inc. teach courses at Saint Petersburg College in Florida, too. I want the other degrees from Florida colleges I completed while in Straight School, too, including Humanities and Media (Film) degrees for the degree receipts and credit / grade completion documents Horton, Straight School and Straight, Inc. adult staff had given to me back in the day. My parents were also not provided, after they repeatedly had requested it, the degrees, diploma, and class courses receipts and transcripts from Straight School, those proctored transcripts are still mine and remain to be fully reported.

I have proof of the high school diploma and high school credits and college courses (after Straight, Inc. staff applied me to and enrolled me into local Florida colleges) and plural college degrees I received from Straight School and its teacher, adjuncts that came in sometimes, and adult staff that helped teach sometimes.

I know for a fact that the teacher and adult staff did not at all report and they lost and destroyed all my school records and transcripts. Straight School remotely proctored all class curriculums, college and high school level class courses, credits, exams, tests, final exams, books, homework, studies, and other to completion of the forced degrees its teacher, adjuncts and adult staff made and forced us to complete.

It – Straight, Inc. and Straight School - remotely proctored these degrees and all the high school and college classes and degree programs, b/c after school each day we and I, all us phasers, were physically forced and made to perform labor the next room over, a very large warehouse room, from Straight School there inside the warehouse. Labor phasers and I were all made to perform without pay for Straight, Inc. and its adult staff was and included; janitorial, secretarial, marketing and promotion and advertising, forced and manipulated (by means of adult staff intimidating phasers and I) speech and communication and discussion, bringing in new clients and families to the Straight, Inc. cult, making forced statements to elicit actions, growing the client roster, accusing every child of being a drug and alcohol addict, guarding / security, counselor and peer-to=peer counseling (many times without the presence of a doctor), and many other labor types and kinds of and for Straight, Inc and even Straight School, travel to and from other business locations, and sometimes even proctoring as a child adjunct and guardian inside Straight School's room there in the warehouse - such as helping other phasers with their school work and studies and book reading and more.

These are the horrible memories I carry with me and I know I am not alone, I see other survivor victim / witness statements and testimonies here online and I know their statements and memories and proof of that horrible place are all true and fact. I have proof and documents showing the work and labor we and I, all us phasers, did at Straight, Inc., and I have proof and documents showing the lost, mishandled and destroyed accredited school records we and I all completed, degrees from universities I am still owed lawfully and legitimately.

I certainly can provide a legitimate receipt and claim as proof of the unpaid labor that must be paid to all phasers and I.
