What is your cancellation policy.

Customer Cancellations: Must be requested via calling or emailing no less than 48hrs before trip departure for a full refund. No shows or late arrivals will be charged the full ticket price.

Weather Cancellations : If your trip’s departure may be impacted by weather, our captains will reach out via text and email with as much advance notice as possible. Should the trip be canceled, guests are entitled to be refunded, rebooked, or receive a gift card in accordance with the cancellation policy associated with their ticket.

Is there a bathroom on board?

Yes there is a restroom on board that is cleaned and sanitized daily!

What time should we arrive?

Please plan to arrive no later than 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure for boarding.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have designated free parking for all of our customers.

Are we allowed to bring food?

Yes! Guests are more than welcome to bring their own snacks or light fare.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

For insurance purposes, outside alcohol is not permitted and may be confiscated for the duration of your trip. Don’t worry, our bar will be fully stocked!

What is available at the bar?

Our bar features a small selection of water, soda, beer, wine, and RTD Cocktails: $1 Water; $3 Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke; Michelob Ultra; $7 Corona, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Moscato, NUTRL Vodka Seltzer, Cutwater Mojito.

How do we get off at the beach?

For our island stops, we use a series of steps from the front of our boat to the sand. Typically, you can step right from the boat/steps to the sand. However, on occasion, it may be up to ankle deep.

What should we wear?

Comfort is key! Swimming is discouraged during the island stop due to strong tidal currents. Guests are encouraged to dress as they feel comfortable for their evening with easily removable shoes for their walk on the beach. Keep in mind, being on the water in the evening is about 10 degrees colder than is forecasted, so a windbreaker or light jacket is always safe.

Is your vessel handicap accessible?

Unfortunately we are not handicap accessible at this time. Guests with limited mobility (i.e. walkers, canes) should call our office prior to booking. A good rule of thumb is if the limited mobility passenger is able to make it up 2-3 standard stairs with assistance. Our crew is always here to help and eager to share our memorable trip with all!

Things to do in St. Petersburg, FL by Boat

St. Pete Beach is the perfect place to rent a boat in Florida. There's a fair bit to see when you’re walking around St. Petersburg, but the real action is on the water. Enjoy the Beach Life The beaches in St. Pete are truly world-class. Dock up your boat rental at some of the various superb beaches, such as Bahia Beach where you can take some time to lie back and soak up the Floridian rays. Get your Fishing Gear Together When it comes to fishing just outside big urban areas, it's normally not the best spot. In the water around St Petersburg however, there is a great range of marine reserve areas that are quiet and have an abundance of fish. Have your Camera at the Ready There are loads of great wildlife to take note of and photograph in the nature preserves that are dotted around here. Seabirds, eagles, and various fauna that roam by the waterside.

Things to Do in St. Petersburg by Boat

Visit Egmont Key National Wildlife Refuge

Just beyond the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and outside of Tampa Bay, the former military base has become a 280-acre state park and wildlife refuge and is home to a wide variety of birds, tortoises, sea turtles, and much more. 

Only accessible by ferry or private boat, the island also has a rich history with ruins left from Fort Dade and a 150-year-old lighthouse. Although boats are not allowed to beach, visitors can anchor and walk ashore to enjoy the pristine beaches, hiking trails, and unspoiled natural beauty.

It's important to remember that pets are not allowed on the island due to the bird sanctuaries and other protected species, and there are no facilities available so it is important to bring plenty of fresh water and sunscreen.

Visit Bean Point Beach

Boaters leaving Tampa Bay to cruise out the Gulf of Mexico pass Anna Maria Island to the south. At the northern tip of the barrier island sits Bean Point Beach, one of the area's most beautiful beaches and the perfect place for an afternoon getaway or a day in the sun.

Although it is not remote or uninhabited, the white sands and turquoise waters make Bean Point Beach a popular attraction. Boaters can anchor up and wade ashore, where it is possible to watch manatees swim past while lounging in the sand, with access to nearby restaurants and other facilities within fairly easy reach. 

No matter what you plan to do once you get there, remember to take plenty of fresh water and sunscreen along to help make your day in the sun a good one.

Fish in the Gulf or Tampa Bay

With quick, easy access to either Tampa Bay or the Gulf of Mexico, St. Petersburg offers anglers a variety of inshore and offshore fishing opportunities. Well-known for the size and number of tarpon in the area, Tampa Bay offers great fishing when it might be too rough to run out to the deeper water in search of big fish. The Bay is also a great place to fish for redfish, snook, and many other species.

Offshore in the Gulf's deep waters, mackerel, shark, amberjack, mahi-mahi, tuna, and sailfish are common catches, although there are lots of grouper and snapper waiting on the bottom as well. Whether hunting out in the deep or keeping close to home, St. Petersburg offers some of the best fishing on Florida's West Coast.

Target species : mahi-mahi, tuna, shark, amberjack, king mackerel, sailfish

Seasonality : St. Petersburg offers great fishing all year long. However, some species are more active during certain times of the year, so check local resources for more info.  

Boat selection : The ride out into the Gulf may be longer depending on the desired type of fishing, so newer, faster center consoles and comfortable sportfishing boats are the most popular.

• Target Species: s nook, spotted trout, tarpon, redfish, tripletail
• Seasonality:  There are fish biting in St. Petersburg all year long, although some species, such as tarpon, are best caught at certain times of the year. Check local resources for information on your favorite catch.

Where to Go Boating in St. Petersburg

Cruise Tampa Bay

At 400 square miles, Tampa Bay offers boaters plenty of places to go for a great day on the water. Whether fishing, heading to a favorite beach, or just going for a lazy cruise in the sun, there is plenty of open water and great places to anchor up.

Tampa Bay has popular parks and destinations like Egmont Key National Wildlife Refuge and Shell Key Preserve. Other popular destinations for boaters interested in socializing are some of Tampa Bay's many sandbars, such as Pine Island, John's Pass, Fort De Soto, and others.

Tampa Bay has endless opportunities for cruising, fishing, sightseeing, and more. Just remember to bring plenty of fresh water and sunscreen to make it a perfect day on the water.

Closest Boat Ramp:  Point Pinellas, Sunlit Cove Boat Ramp, Maximo Boat Ramp  

Wake Zone:  Marinas and many inshore waterways are marked as No Wake Zones. Pay attention to warning signs and buoys and, above all else, be courteous to other boaters, swimmers, and the area wildlife. When in doubt, slow down.

ProTips: Be sure to pay attention to channel markers and buoys, and be extra cautious when visiting a popular sandbar where swimmers may be in the water.

Explore Sarasota Bay

Just south of the mouth of Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay offers boaters with smaller vessels another place to explore. Although it is shallower than Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay has well-marked channels and plenty of opportunities to fish, stop at a waterfront eatery, or gather with other like-minded boaters at a popular area sandbar. 

Fish in some hotspots around the bay, or snorkel in the shallows to enjoy the creatures hiding in the seagrass. Cruise slowly past luxury homes or take in the area's incredible natural beauty, including a wide variety of waterbirds. Manatees are also common in the area, so it's important to keep watch for these slow-moving creatures. 

Sarasota Bay is also known for its seagrass, so paying close attention to the marked channels is important to avoid fouling a propeller or damaging the ecosystem.

Wake Zone:  No Wake Zones exist in all protected waterways like marinas and channels. Pay attention to warning signs and buoys and, above all else, be courteous to other boaters, swimmers, and the area wildlife. 

Tips: Long Beach has something for everyone. Cruise the harbor for a great view, haul or dock your boat and get out your walking shoes to take advantage of all Long Beach has to offer.

Cruise the Gulf of Mexico

Leave Tampa Bay, turn north, and cruise Florida's west coast toward Clearwater and beyond. Or, turn south, and head down to Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Venice. Although many of the coastal areas have been developed, there are parks, preserves and sections of beachfront where Florida's natural beauty is on display. 

 If the weather is good and going deeper is the plan, head straight out of Tampa Bay into the Gulf of Mexico in search of big fish, or stay closer to shore and enjoy the sunshine and privacy of the open water. 

Depending on the waves and wind, being out on the Gulf can make wakeboarding, water skiing, or any other activity fun. However, drifting along the coast for an afternoon can be a great way to relax in the sun.

It is especially important to carry plenty of fresh water, snacks, and sunscreen when running any distance from shore in case of a breakdown.

Tips: The weather can change quickly, and boats can break down. Ensure the vessel has been well maintained, all safety equipment is in good condition, flares are not expired, and communication equipment like VHF radios are tested often. Going for a ride is great, but getting home safely is still the highest priority.

THIS is the hair-raising moment two sailors cling to yacht for their lives after they were stranded at sea in a huge storm.

Footage shows a rescue crew brave waves and howling winds to rescue the two sailors from the Spirit of Mateship off the coast of Australia.

The two were aboard the 62ft yacht being smashed by 20ft waves travelling at a whopping 56mph.

The man, 60, and woman, 48, are jolted from side to side, desperately clinging onto the side of the boat before emergency teams were called.

As the rescue launch arrives and battles to stay alongside the listing yacht the couple take turns to jump in to safety.

The vessel took on water but didn't sink.

The worried pair sounded a distress signal at around 1pm on September 2 but it took rescuers hours to find the small yacht.

Powerful wind gusts over 31mph were recorded in the NSW region the following morning, according to News.com.au.

The Spirit of Mateship was swept almost 200 miles away from where the pals started - drifting towards New Zealand.

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority located the vessel over 100 miles east of the city of Nowra, NSW.

The friends were rescued by The Australian Defence Force ship HMAS Canberra at around 7.30am on Tuesday, according to the ABC .

The NSW Water Police vessel Nemesis also arrived to help the desperate pair two hours later.

But the first attempt to rescue the yacht enthusiasts failed, with three helicopters flying to them on Monday night unable to help.

The weather was so bad that crew couldn't help the boat that was 90 nautical miles south-east of Sydney when police headed out to rescue the pair.

By the time they arrived, the vessel was already 160 nautical miles away.

NSW Police Chief Inspector Anthony Brazzill said the two sailors were forced to jump onto a rescue boat amid "terrible" conditions.

He said: "It’s a matter of just basically timing it. Get the person to jump, as they’re coming in, get them to jump and catch, doing one at a time, obviously making sure that people have the life jackets on".

Fortunately, the duo were recovered without any injuries.

Ben Flight, duty manager at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority Response Center told local outlets of their "terrible night at sea".

"They weren’t injured, but the vessel had suffered a mechanical issue of some kind, and they couldn’t steer, and couldn’t make their own way through the water.

"They were drifting, and they were taking on water as well. So, they were in quite a serious situation."

He added: "I don’t imagine they would have got any rest overnight, so I imagine they’d be quite tired and very relieved to be rescued.

The manager also said the sailors "were at the mercy of the elements. They would have been moving around quite uncomfortably".

"It would have been particularly windy, noisy, probably quite wet as well."

The Spirit of Mateship, which has competed in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race many times, was damaged beyond repair and has since been abandoned.

Two Royal Australian Navy ships were also called on to help the sailors who were stuck facing the fierce weather conditions overnight.

The problems arose as the yacht "sustained a mechanical issue and was taking on water", according to the police.

The sailors are expected to arrive back in Sydney tonight following an arduous 12-hour voyage home.

A SUPERYACHT owned by billionaire former Spurs owner Joe Lewis has been branded an eyesore by locals after it was moored in a Devon town for almost a month.

The £250 million, 322ft luxury yacht 'Aviva' - which acts as the reclusive billionaire’s floating home and office and features a full-size padel tennis court - has been moored in Dartmouth since the start of August.

It arrived from Troon, Scotland , around August 5 - one of the first times the floating palace has been in UK waters since it was held as collateral by US courts for over a year while British tycoon Lewis faced charges of “brazen” insider trading.

In April, the 87-year-old was spared jail due to his ailing health but was fined $5million (£3.8m) and sentenced to three years probation.

But the ongoing presence of the yacht has upset some in the town with Michael Rowland branding the boat “an absolute eyesore” and Geraldine Wood arguing it was “totally out of place in beautiful Dartmouth”.

Another lifelong resident told The Sun: “I love this town and I wouldn’t want to do it down but why does a billionaire want to stay here for the whole of August instead of the Caribbean or the Med?

"I guess he’s here for the regatta that starts this week but who knows how long he’ll stay.

"It’s just a huge floating gin palace, miles bigger than anything else in the harbour. We’ve seen his crew come and go in a tender but I don’t know if he’s even onboard - nobody’s heard anything."

Aviva was built in 2017 and has a capacity of 16 with a top speed of 20 knots and an eco-friendly hybrid electric propulsion system.

Lewis started out working for his father’s catering business in London before selling up and moving to the Bahamas to live as a tax exile.

He started currency trading in the 1980s and made a fortune betting against the pound in the 1992 crash dubbed Black Wednesday.

According to the 2023 Sunday Times Rich List, the East End-born, twice-married tycoon has an estimated fortune of £5.1billion.

He reportedly has an art collection worth £1 billion.

He bought Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur in 1991, and the club was transferred to the Lewis Family Trust in 2022.

JOE LEWIS' LUXURY YACHT AVIVA

Joe Lewis rarely attended Tottenham Hotspur matches despite being owner for 30 years.

A tax exile since his days as a currency trader in the 1980s, he prefers life on his superyacht in the Caribbean.

Lewis' vessel - which measures 98 metres or 322ft - is the fourth yacht named Aviva built specifically for him.

It replaced the 68m Aviva III, with both designed by Reymond Langton and built by Lemwerder-based German builder Abeking & Rasmussen.

The hull was built at Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft and launched in 2015.

Aviva acts as Lewis' floating office and home, and features an indoor, full-sized padel tennis court.

In May 2013, Spurs went on a trip to the Bahamas and were welcomed on board the vessel by host Joe.

Michael Dawson, who was the club captain at the time, said: "I had never met him before, so it was nice to go over there and a great experience.

“What a really nice guy. And that yacht is unreal! But he’s just a normal guy.

"You could chat to him about anything. He tunes into all the games , he loves it.

"We just sat there chatting. He made us feel so welcome over there. It was relaxed. A lot of team bonding together.

"It helps to be able to put a face to the person investing so much in this club he wants to be successful.

WHO IS JOE LEWIS?

Joe Lewis is a billionaire British businessman and investor, best known for being the majority owner of Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur between 1991 and 2022.

He was born on February 5 1937 and lived above a pub with his family in Bow, East London.

Lewis left school at 15 to help run his father's West End catering firm, Tavistock Banqueting.

He went on to takeover the business and expand it before selling up in 1979 to make his initial wealth.

The entrepreneur moved into currency trading in the 1980s and 1990s, during which time he moved to the Bahamas as a tax exile.

In 1992, Lewis made a fortune betting against the pound prior to the Black Wednesday crash.

The previous year he had taken ownership of Spurs.

He remains the main investor of Tavistock Group, which owns more than 200 companies worldwide.

Lewis is also the largest shareholder in pub group Mitchells & Butlers via his investment vehicle Piedmont, and was previously majority owner of ENIC Group.

In July 2023 the US attorney for the Southern District of New York charged him with multiple counts of insider trading.

He pleaded guilty in January this year but in April was spared jail and instead sentenced to probation and fined $5 million (£3.8m).

According to the 2023 Sunday Times Rich List, he has an estimated fortune of a whopping £5.1billion.
