Enjoy a leisurely cruise and informative narration by our captain along florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the starlite sapphire of st. petersburg. sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in our climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember. when you arrive at the boat you will be offered a table inside should you choose to purchase the optional lunch service. this would be paid for in the same way you would in any other restaurant. should you choose just to cruise you can relax on the outside deck.

Please Note

• Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.
• Florida casual attire is recommended
• Children 2 and younger are free of charge, but must be on the booking due to Coast Guard regulations.
• For special dietary needs, please speak to your server as most needs can be accommodated.
• None of our vessels have elevators. Access to the upper decks on all vessels are by stairs only.

Restrictions

• No shows and late arrivals will not receive a refund or reschedule.
• StarLite Cruises sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the boat will remain dockside, but provide the full dining service. In the event that the cruise has to cancel, a full refund of the ticket price purchased will be issued.
• Smoking, vaporing and e-cigarettes are allowed on the outside decks only. Please dispose of all refuse in proper receptacles. Do not throw anything into the water.
• No pets allowed on the cruise.

Sunday Daytime Yacht Cruise with Music

Enjoy a leisurely cruise and informative narration by our Captain along Florida’s beautiful inland waters aboard the StarLite Majesty or StarLite Sapphire. Sightseeing on one of the outer decks or luncheon service in our climatically controlled dining areas will make this a cruise to remember. For cruise only passengers, cocktail service is available. Entertainment is a mix of live selections and a wide variety of recorded songs to satisfy any musical request. Full bar and your own server ensure your enjoyment.

DINING YACHT DAYTIME MENU

Salmon a delicately prepared salmon filet, served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable 16.95

Vegetarian Harvest a tasteful culinary presentation of fresh seasonal vegetables served over a bed of white rice with a tomato provencal sauce 12.95

Chicken Cordon Bleu tender chicken breast filled with ham and Swiss cheese, lightly breaded and topped with a classic bechamel sauce, served with chef’s selection of rice and seasonal vegetable 17.95

Beef Burgundy beef tenderloin pieces served over a bed of white rice with a burgundy & mushroom sauce 14.95

Shrimp Creole our version of this New Orleans classic combines tender gulf shrimp with fresh vegetables in a mild tomato creole sauce, served with white rice 15.95

Chicken Caesar Salad tender pieces of lightly seasoned chicken breast served over fresh romaine tossed in creamy Caesar dressing with herbed croutons and Parmesan 13.95

Entrees are ordered and prepared on board the vessel. Entrees except the Chicken Caesar Salad are served with a mixed greens salad and bread. A 20% gratuity will be added to parties of seven or more guests. Menu changes may occur as we strive to provide the freshest products and ideas.

2 - 2 1/2 HOUR SUNDAY DAYTIME YACHT CRUISE WITH MUSIC Small parties booking a Sunday Daytime Yacht Cruise purchase an admission ticket to cover the cost of the sightseeing cruise. If you choose the optional luncheon service, you will have a reserved table on board and will order and pay for your dining service in much the same way you would in any other restaurant.

In addition to our selection of entrees, appetizers , wine selections , and full cocktail service are available for purchase on board.
