“Beautifully Maintained Park in a good location”
Originally an Airstream only park - they now allow other brands of RV. The residents of the park are amazingly friendly and helpful. The park is well maintained and easy to navigate. Note the park is We camped at Land Yacht Harbor in a Fifth Wheel.

Many stores and services located near by (i.e. Restaurants, grocery stores, laundry, Auto service,...). Several ocean beaches only 6-8 miles away....
“Convenient and clean”
We enjoyed our brief stay here. It was short notice and they were very accommodating. I loved that they had someone lead you to the site. It was a very unstressful parking day 2x! Unfortunately, we We camped at Land Yacht Harbor in a Motorhome.

“Beautiful RV Park”
We stayed for the month of February. Let me start by saying this park was originally built for Airstreams so it is ideal for those RV's. With that said this is a beautiful park and over the years they We camped at Land Yacht Harbor in a Fifth Wheel.

Sam's and Walmart close by, but not together. The Zoo has a great nature walk and recommend getting to the beach early for a parking spot....
“The Perfect Location”
We stayed a month at Land Yatch Harbor and will definitely go back next winter. Melbourne is a great city with everything you could possibly want. There are all kinds of amazing beaches, and at least We camped at Land Yacht Harbor in a Travel Trailer.

Try Slices Pizza and Italian Kitchen a few miles away. Fantastic pizza. They also just started offering breakfast which we loved. Downtown Product Market is a couple of miles away and is a gem - a meat market and specialty shop that also has fresh produce and house-made food items all with great prices....

Are there any really significant noise or odor problems here? Interstate 95 and an airport are close by, as are a landfill and retaining pond....

“Great place to spend your winters”
All sites are on concrete with concrete patio. We were here only 2 weeks but got to know several neighbors. Very nice folk. The place is quiet, neat, tidy and orderly. Great location. We camped at Land Yacht Harbor in a Travel Trailer.

Land Yacht Harbor of Melbourne is an RV park originally built in 1976 and designed as a winter residence for retired Airstream owners. In 1994, the park began accepting other brands of RVs, but our 55 + age requirement and no-pet policy remain in effect.
