Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit 323E. This was our 2nd time staying at the Yacht club, and this condo was even better than the last. The condo had just enough room and was close enough to the beach/bars/grocery stores and souvenir shops. We had 3 15 year old girls with us and they were never bored. We definitely would stay in this condo again.

Wonderful vacation spot and super nice condo!

When we arrived at midnight due to our flight being late, I had to call the emergency phone number because our door code would not work. The lady that helped us on the phone was super nice made us feel very welcome and got us into our condo with no issues. Our condo is extremely clean well put together beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that we were looking for and more. We are definitely going to put this down as one of our favorite rentals and definitely book again in the same condo.

The one elevator on site was rough. Too many people to only have one elevator. We have stayed on this property before but this particular condo beds were uncomfortable and the master bedroom had the extra bed in there which was not ideal for our stay. Could offer more dish towels is just a thought. Just had better luck in other condos

We checked in on Saturday and FINALLY had a shower issue addressed the following Friday! 6 days for a simple fix that caused a lot of frustration for a group of 5 to share one shower. 3 calls were placed and we never did get confirmation that it was even addressed. I paid significantly more to have 2 bathrooms so that was pretty inconvenient. The wisk was broken and covered in rust, there were no tongs, and the place juat needs love! Updates and a serious deep clean are a must! The location and Sea Breeze amenities were great otherwise. Definitely enjoying our stay, juat not this unit!

Beach was beautiful.

Love Medeira Beach. Gulf was gorgeous. The unit was clean. The door needed improved locks and the slider didn’t lock. We called Travel Resort and they were prompt in fixing the slider as well as our sink which was clogged when we checked in. The staff at Travel Resort was phenomenal. The unit itself needs many updates, but the view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. The furniture was not very clean and the mattresses were not comfortable. The surroundings made up for all the short comings of the into.

We booked 502 and received confirmation. Then they emailed us to tell us they had double-booked and put us in 402. The condo had one less bed than we expected/needed, which made it uncomfortable for our family. However, the biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. Despite the paper strip over the toilet ring saying it was cleaned, there was (presumably) fecal excrement lingering in the bottom of the toilet bowl. It wasn't sediment, because it never showed up again during our entire stay. That was extremely repulsive. In addition, the same bathroom had ants in it, so we had to deal with that multiple times each day when we used that bathroom. The view was beautiful, and TRS was helpful, but the overall stay in the condo was disappointing for what we expected.

Don't know why you have a code to get out of the pool when you have one to get in. Should list no screaming and running at the pool.

Staying at the Sea Breeze is always is always fun as we were close to the beach and ocean with easy access and the pool and the hot tub are always clean and a pleasure to use.

Unit is wonderful. Property is a bit rundown and elevator broke down 3 times in a week. Will not go back to this property because of this.

The condo was nice. We had a few issues. The second toilet didn’t work and the garbage disposal started leaking and flooded the kitchen. The maintenance staff did come quickly after our call to fix both items. There were no beach towels, the bathroom towels were one you might find in a discount hotel. The most surprising thing was we got one roll of paper towels and one TP . We were expected to supply any paper products and trash bags. No amenities supplied. I have traveled in VBROs around the world and never had to do this . The condo was nice, had all basic kitchen equipment. No washer or dryer in the unit. Ones available to pay and use. The views from the balcony were beautiful.

This is a condo with great location, right on the beach. Better instructions for elevator use would have been appreciated and more than one bath towel per person would have been great. Otherwise, loved our time here

The property is as it was described. Great location. Biggest negatives were only one small elevator for the entire building and having to use a code to access the elevator, pool, and beach.

PERFECT...in everyway.

The good. The location of this condo is perfect. 15 minute walk and you're at John's pass. Condo comes with free parking. When we entered it smelled like it had been freshly cleaned The kitchen was reasonably appointed and the balcony had comfortable sling chairs and an amazing view. The beds were extremely comfortable. Both myself and my friend both enjoyed a good nights sleep. There is a 7-Eleven across the street that we went to every day to get our supplies. There is a handy button to stop traffic. The pool and hot tub we're lovely and were clean throughout our stay. The bad. the elevator in this complex was extremely slow. I believe it was faster to walk up the stairs and it was five flights up. There were a few things like bars of soap available but things like dish soap we had to go purchase ourselves. There were no beach towels. It would have been nice to have just a few more things there so we wouldn't have to go searching for them. Probably one of the most annoying things that we encountered was the check in process. We had to go pick up the keys at a different location on the way in and since my friend and her car left before me I had to walk them down the night before checkout so I could get to my flight on time the next morning. In this day and age there is no reason not to have a coded lock for easy access. The ugly. That nasty green carpet has to go. If they would replace the carpeting and code the door lock This would easily be a four-star condo.

Perfect location. Close to Johns Pass, quite a few restaurants in walking distance, many others close by car or Uber. Great view of beach and right on beach. Balcony is a little small but had 5 comfortable chairs and two little tables. Great views of sunsets and enjoy coffee in morning watching dophins.

We had a great time. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi password did t work. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub was also nice

There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom with an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom for your convenience. All towels and linens are here, including some beach towels. The sleeper sofa has a full size memory foam mattress for extra guests to be comfortable.

The screened in patio has a great view of the intercoastal/ marina with comfortable seating to enjoy your happy hour beverage or morning coffee. Enjoy the gas grill on the waterfront patio to grill up the catch of the day or some dinner, plus there are a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use, so no need to pack those items. We are very close to the gate to access the beach across the street.

Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping, library, park area, grocery stores, and much more! Madeira Beach has lots of wonderful things to do and the beautiful beach is right across the street.

So many great amenities at the Yacht Club to enjoy: two saltwater pools, an exercise/weight room, billiards room, and sauna. This waterfront community is secured with a gated entrance and features sidewalks by the water for you to enjoy a waterfront walk in the morning.

This place has it all!

Although we have stayed in Madeira Beach many times, this was our first time staying here. I can tell you this won't be our last. The condo was so nice and so well equipped. Madeira Beach - Paradise ��

We have just returned from an amazing 3 weeks in Madeira Beach. This is our 2nd visit to Madeira Beach Yacht Club. First time using this Property Management Company....and I have to say their support during this difficult time was outstanding! This condo had everything we needed. It was Immaculate with a fully equipped kitchen, including all utensils and a gas grill outside! It was tastefully decorated and fitted to the highest specification. The location is perfect. Grocery store, pharmacy, Hair Salon, Dollar Store, library, Restaurants and more importantly, the most beautiful beach directly across the road. The condo overlooks the inter coastal water...you see the sun rise in the morning and with the beach across the road, you can sit on the sand and watch the famous sunset at night! The resort is maintained to the highest of standards! Pool areas, washrooms, gym and hot tub are spotlessly clean. Owners and renters are all so friendly.... Can’t recommend this beautiful place enough.... Already booked for 2021 Special mention to Sue...thank you for all you help and communication! So if you are looking for a laid back, chilled vacation in one of thee most beautiful parts of the world, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to be back there....

A great place to stay

The good The apartment is in a great complex, which has plenty of friendly people in. It is very close to the beach There are a couple of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk There are plenty more within 5 minutes drive or trolley bus The apartment is big enough for 2, I would imagine if the sofa bed was used for more than one night it would be very crowded. The bathroom is compact but does what it says on the tin, Bath, shower, toilet, sink and washer drier The bedroom is a decent size, with a chest of drawers, TV, wardrobe and a large bed The kitchen is a decent size with plenty of cupboards, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooker The porch has screens up the keep the insects out and has some seating The not so good Bedroom The apartments air con/heating is very loud in the bedroom The bed has a lot of movement in it, so whenever my wife would turn over, I was woken up by the movement and the noise when the bed would rock against the wall The mattress has a protective cover on it which on even the coolest of nights you would wake up in a pool of sweat The TV was at such an angle it wasn’t watchable from normal lying position in bed The blinds seem too narrow for the window, leaving gaps which make certain parts of the bedroom visible to outside The Porch The roof leaked. We had a couple of days of rain while we stayed, this meant that we couldn’t sit in the porch while it rained, the rain also soaked the rug in the porch which took days to dry out. The owner also stores their bikes in the porch making it impossible to move the furniture around as the bikes are chained up Outside The apartment is very close to the Post Office, shops and a bar. From 5:30am there are deliveries to the bar, the post office moving and loading their vans. The soundproofing of the apartment isn’t great many nights we were woken up by a neighbour

Very nice, updated condo within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Nice extras like a washer & dryer, heated pool, and a BBQ.

We didn’t even need a car!!!

What a wonderful brand new space! It had everything we needed. We could walk to the pool, the beach, the grocery and to grab morning coffee. Everything in the condo was brand new!! We have already re-booked for Fall Break. Loved our view of the boats in the marina. Visiting Slyce pizza while you are here is a must!

July Madeira Beach

Owner provided small twin bed to accommodate our little one. Ground unit no stairs played a part in deciding to rent it and a short walk to the pool.

Great place to stay at Madeira Beach, Well stocked!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very well stocked. We walked to the beach a few times. Close to both Clearwater and St.Pete. Great location. Would rent again. Thanks for a nice vacation!

Wonderful I will be back

Unfortunately my trip started with a bit of a problem. I rented from the owner of 165G. She threw me out because I needed help resetting the TV. Needless to say I found myself in a very difficult situation. With no car and no reservation for an additional 18 days. But your staff at the front desk saved me and helped me find another unit. Oddly enough in the same building that shared a common wall 165H. It was difficult to move as I am disabled but managed to move out and into the new unit. Your staff was very helpful and I had a wonderful trip. I have stayed at the yacht club before and will again. Great location. Grounds impeccable. Other residents and guests very nice and friendly.
