The classic yacht has wooden paneling and blue trim throughout.
From the helm position, which is located in the cockpit, you have a beautiful view. The spacious cockpit is equipped with two benches.
Upon entering the ship you immediately enter the cozy salon with U-shaped sofa, where the kitchen is also located. Adjacent to the spacious kitchen is a round seat in the tip.
The aft cabin is equipped with a generous double bed and separate shower and toilet area.

Die exakt 12,20 m lange Vacance 1200 gehört zu einer Serie aus vier verschiedenen Knickspant-Modellen zwischen 11,10 und 14,60 m Länge. Sie bilden den einen Teil des Vacance-Yachtprogramms, während die klassisch gestaltete Solide-Serie mit Mehrfach-Knickspantern in Längen von 6,85 bis 13,65 m den anderen Part bestreitet. Wie alle anderen Schiffe wird auch die Vacance 1200 vom Kasko über die technische Ausrüstung bis zur Inneneinrichtung komplett in der eigenen Werft gebaut. Dies ist im Grunde auch das Geheimnis, das hinter der großen Flexibilität von Vacance bei der Erfüllung von Kundenwünschen steckt. Durch die kurzen Wege lassen sich auch umfangreiche Änderungen des Standards recht gut bewältigen. Wie so etwas aussehen kann, zeigt unser Testschiff. Es wurde uns von Yachtcharter Schulz zur Verfügung gestellt und ist an der Müritz als Charterschiff im Einsatz. Für diesen Zweck hat es vorn und achtern gleichwertige Kabinen mit freistehenden Doppelbetten. Sie verfügen jeweils über eigene Sanitärbereiche mit separaten Duschen, elektrischen Toiletten und einem kleinen Waschtisch. Als Alternative baut die Werft in der Vorderkabine auch V-Kojen ein. Wenn nur eine Zweipersonencrew an Bord ist, kann der Platz im Vorschiff auch für eine offene Rundsitzgruppe genutzt werden. Zwischen der Vorderkabine und dem Salon liegt die Pantry in L-Form mit Rundspüle, vierflammigem Gasherd und einem großen 110-l-Kühlschrank. Dass man mit verhältnismäßig wenig Aufwand farbige Akzente im Schiff setzen kann, beweist die knallgelbe Arbeitsfläche. Natürlich hat die Werft auch noch dezentere Farben in ihrer Musterkollektion. Eine Essecke gibt es in dieser Version der Vacance 1200 nicht, denn der vordere Sanitärbereich nimmt den Raum gegenüber der Bordküche ein. Die Mahlzeiten werden stattdessen in der Sitzgruppe des Salons eingenommen. Doch wie gesagt – dies ist reine Einteilungssache.
Uns gefällt die Vacance 1200 durch ihre Vielseitigkeit. Dies bezieht sich sowohl auf den variabel zu gestaltenden Innenraum, als auch auf die unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten, die bei der Motorisierung, bei der Ausstattung und der Farbgebung bestehen. Das Testschiff hat seine Vielseitigkeitsprüfung mit Bravour bestanden, weil es die Vacance-Werft versteht, ihre Flexibilität sichtbar in ihr Produkt umzusetzen.

Vacance - classic 13.10 | 6 people.
This comfortable 13 meters long houseboat has good sailing characteristics. She can host up to 8 guests onboard. There are 3 Nautalins and the dinette provides an additional sleeping space for 2 guests. The salon is spacious and has a nice bench seating area for 6 people. She is an ideal houseboat for families. *Important Information: Please bring your own sleeping bags or blankets and covers, towels and tea towels. There is no bed linen (duvet covers, duvets and sheets) on board, only freshly made pillows. You can also rent them with an extra fee. The cost per person is € 18 **Charter Information: Wknd: Friday 14.00h - Sunday 16.00h Midweek: Monday 12.00h - Thursday 13.00h Weekly: Friday 15.00h - Friday 10.00h In high season only weekly charters. Pets Onboard: an extra charge of 35€ per pet, per week Highlighted features of the boat: cold and warm running water, heating, 220 volt connection, 1200 watt converter, radio with CD player and satellite TV.
