Embarking on a catamaran charter in Malta unveils a world of adventure and exploration amidst the captivating Mediterranean waters and breathtaking coastal scenery. Whether you opt for a bareboat charter, allowing you to navigate the waters independently, or a crewed charter with a professional captain to cater to your every need, diverse catamaran models are available to accommodate different group sizes and comfort preferences.
The flexibility of a catamaran charter enables you to tailor your itinerary according to your desires, ensuring you can visit the must-see destinations in the Maltese archipelago where you can swim, snorkel, or soak up the sun on the catamaran's spacious deck. You can sail to the enchanting island of Gozo, famous for its charming villages, secluded beaches, and the iconic Azure Window. Immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere, indulge in local cuisine, and explore the island's historical and natural wonders at your leisure.
Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or a combination, a Malta catamaran charter offers an unforgettable experience. With the freedom to design your own itinerary, the option to choose between different catamaran models, and the opportunity to engage in a myriad of activities, your charter will be tailored to your preferences. Set sail and immerse yourself in the beauty of Malta's Mediterranean waters, and let the magic of the archipelago unfold before you.
Rent a catamaran with or without a skipper
You can rent a catamaran in Malta regardless of your sailing experience. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a novice seeking an unforgettable maritime experience, a catamaran provides the perfect vessel for your exploration.
Opting for a catamaran charter with a professional skipper can be a wise choice, especially if you have limited sailing experience or simply prefer a more relaxed and carefree vacation. The skipper is a qualified and experienced sailor who possesses in-depth knowledge of the local waters and sailing conditions. They can navigate the best routes, provide insights into the region's hidden gems, and ensure your safety. If you're interested in improving your sailing skills, a skippered charter allows you to learn from the skipper's expertise. They can share valuable tips and techniques and offer insights into navigation and boat handling, enabling you to gain confidence on the water.
If you possess the necessary sailing qualifications and experience or prefer the freedom and autonomy of captaining the catamaran yourself, a bareboat charter is ideal. With a bareboat charter, you have complete control over your sailing itinerary, destinations, and activities. You can explore the Maltese archipelago at your own pace, choosing where to anchor, when to set sail, and how long to stay in each location.
Find the ideal catamaran for your next sailing trip

Full Description
Set off on your sailing adventure on Europe’s largest and most spacious passenger sailing catamaran. Our luxurious catamaran will take you to the best swimming and snorkelling locations Malta has to offer in an adult only atmosphere.
The sailing catamaran will stop at two or three prime locations for swimming and snorkelling. These locations may change daily due to prevailing weather and sea conditions, and accessibility to the site. Whichever of the below locations you go to, you will have the best day out this summer.
Comino Island has two fantastic possible stops for swimming and snorkelling – Blue & Crystal Lagoon. The Blue Lagoon is the most famous swimming spot with its crystal clear turquoise waters tempting those that want to cool off on a hot summers day. We moor in a secluded private area on the Blue Lagoon where the snorkelling is much more enjoyable.
With sheer cliff drops surrounding the Crystal Lagoon, it can only be reached by sea and you won’t find a better snorkelling spot on Comino Island. Its crystal clear waters are much deeper than at the Blue Lagoon which makes the area fantastic for snorkelling and swimming in and around the caves.
Another possible destination is the five-star sandy beaches of Ghajn Tuffieha. At Ghajn Tuffieha you will have time to swim, snorkel and have lots of water fun. Or if you prefer something more relaxing then why not laze the day away on our sunbeds or trampoline nets with a fantastic cocktail or two.
If the catamaran stops at Ghajn Tuffieha on the way back we will stop to discover the film set of Popeye village tucked away in the charming Anchor’s bay. Make sure to have your cameras ready for some unique photos.
We may also visit other locations such as the long sandy beaches of Mellieha or the red sandy beach of Ramla il-Hamra in Gozo.
With all the sunbathing, relaxing and swimming, we know that you will have worked up an appetite so don’t miss out on our famous optional traditional BBQ.
From May to September, you must be at least 12 years or over to enter the boat on the day trip.
