Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to support yacht owners and crew in maintaining and operating managed yachts effectively. You will ensure that these yachts are kept in optimal condition, maintained in class, reliable, ready for use when required, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Manager, you will provide technical oversight, guidance, and support to yacht managers for a designated fleet of vessels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical management according to the provisions of the Yacht Management Agreement.
• Ensuring machinery and engineering systems comply with the Company’s Safety Management System and the ISM Code (where applicable).
• Reviewing monthly maintenance reports and following up as needed.
• Assessing defect reports and providing guidance for rectification, including Flag or Class notification requirements.
• Conducting periodic yacht visits, preparing technical inspection reports, and following up on identified issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate Management: Ensure the smooth running of the estate, focusing on planned maintenance.
• Contractor Coordination: Work with existing contractors for services including generators, electrical systems, HVAC, air conditioning, AVIT, pool maintenance, salon upkeep, and kitchen management.

Private Chef needed to join a villa in Europe, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. 

We are looking for a Chef with an excellent background in private cheffing who wishes to be land-based. This role will be based in Spain to begin with so you must have the rights to work shore-side in Europe. Please do not apply if this is not the case.  

– The family are UHNWs so there is a possibility for lots of opportunity within the wider staffing. This position will start off as a temp project for about a month, but there could be a possibility for it to go permanent for the right candidate, what that role looks like will be a discussion to have with the team if things go well. 

– Must have a few years of experience working as a private Chef either on yachts or within households. Ideally you will also have a strong restaurant background. 

– Responsibilities will include daily service for the principals as well as maintenance of the kitchen – you must show initiative and keep the area clean, well stocked and running smoothly. 

– There is a large kitchen to work in, you will also have a Sous Chef who is already on site. 

– When it comes to the guest’s preferences, they are looking for a Chef who has a good knowledge of Japanese and Asian cuisine. They love Nobu style food so someone who can create similar dishes and flavours would be great. 

– Service style will depend, in general the principal likes things to be well presented but focuses more on the flavour. Things being ‘fancy’ is less important. 

– Salary is very competitive, it will depend on experience but could be up to €10,000 a month.   

– Ideally you will be available asap as they would like someone to join sooner rather than later. 

– This will be a live-in role, you will have accommodation provided within the property.  

Head Chef – 60m + Motor Yacht – Busy Charter

We have a 60m+ Private/Charter dual-season motor yacht currently looking for a rotational Head Chef to join them by the start of October. 

-Lovely boat with nice longevity from the HODs onboard. Incredibly supportive captains who prioritise crew culture and wellbeing. 

-The yacht operates a dual-season private/charter program and has prehistorically done very well with charters. There are equal split of charter tips for the crew. 

-The galley runs with 2 chefs. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the galley, all guest food as well as managing the Sous Chef to ensure a good quality of crew food. 

– There is a very strong crew culture onboard, with a close-knit team. There are 16 crew in total who are all fairly sport and active. They are looking for someone health focused, who is passionate about serving up nutritious, healthy food options for the crew. 

– They are looking for an Head Chef who ideally has charter experience, you could be newer to the Head Chef position but will have a strong restaurant background as well. 

– Start date will ideally be around the end of September/start of October. 

– Salary is €7,500 +.

– Better than industry standard medical insurance. 

– Time for time leave, based around 2:2 rotation. 

– You would be joining the vessel in the Med, and they will then be heading over to the Caribbean for the winter.

About the Deckhand

A deckhand is a position aboard with primary duties including cleaning and maintenance of the exterior of the vessel. Vessels will usually consider a successful candidate that already has experience in the superyacht industry and is keen to learn and work hard. It is essential that the deckhand can perform assigned tasks efficiently with a positive attitude in addition to interacting with owners and guests in a professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Cleanliness of the yacht wash downs, stainless polishing, waxing
• Assisting bosun and mate in maintenance projects; sanding and taping up for varnishing or painting, caulking, filling
• Continued learning of yacht maintenance, operations and systems; line handling, tender driving, navigation, safety, water sports

We are looking for an experienced, organized Culinary trained Sole Chef for a private, FF, 53m M/Y. This a well run professional program with a fantastic crew of 12 that rotate out. Ideal candidate will be flexible, easy going and a team player. Drama free only please. We are looking for someone that is adaptable to what the older owners enjoy. Excellent references and longevity in prior positions is a must. Caribbean, Florida, New England. Down times are usually always spent in South Florida. 2/1 rotation however, the candidate needs to have a bit of flexibly on this. B1/B2 visa is needed.

Looking for a DYNAMIC Chef to join a 48m Power Cat. The program is a PRIVATE, US FLAGGED, World Traveler currently exploring the South Pacific. The vessel stays off the grid and travels to remote areas. ZERO DRAMA crew who are very active in water sports. MUST be able to cook a wide variety of cuisines including vegan and able to work with local produce and provisions. Rotating vacation schedule for all crew, determinate on location of vessel. This requires an off-the-grid thinker and self-starter.Ideally someone that can TRULY be away from friends and family for months at a time without issue. The boat will travel to the US by years end and then on to South American waters.

Salary is DOE, very little crew turnover, Chef is retiring to Owners villa after 30 yrs. Female or Male candidates welcomeUS CREW / Green Card holders only. MUST have valid US Passport with plenty of time/pages remaining. 5 crew total.

Start date: POSITION FILLED Itinerary: Mediterranean Caribbean We are looking for an experienced Crew Chef with preferably a few seasons experience from large yachts, ideally 70m+ MY. Comfortable cooking for around 60 crew divided into shifts throughout the day such as you either work mornings and lunches or evenings and dinner. The galley runs with three chefs guest off and four chefs guest on. The boat is private with a dual season program with 3-4 three-week trips a year.
