Membership fees.

The 2024 prices are below. Please note that there is no joining fee.

Adequate personal buoyancy must be worn whilst participating in all club events and safety boat duties.

Sailing Membership

Sailing members have voting rights and are expected to undertake sailing duties .

  For novice and intermediate sailors, the Club runs free training over the season based on the RYA level 2 course.

Social and "Non-Sailing" Membership

Social members don't have voting rights and are not expected to perform sailing duties , otherwise the rights and expectations are the same as for sailing memberships.

Those wishing to join the Club and use it as a base for activities such as kayaking and open water swimming should apply to join under this category.

  The Club only permits the use of non-powered water craft and reserves the right to restrict some types. Kayaks, Canoes and SUPs are all permitted. Contact us if unsure.

Boat Parking, Kayak/SUP and Sail Locker charges

  Boat parking and sail storage is only available with a sailing membership. Kayak and SUP storage is available to social and sailing memberships. Space is subject to availability and not guaranteed. The Club reserves the right to reallocate parking or move boats as it deems necessary.

 * Outside Kayak/SUP storage will be available from mid summer. You may reserve a space now.

  This applies just to the annual membership fee and is only available to new members. Other fees, such as boat parking, are at the full rate.

Dining at HYC

The Hampton Yacht Club offers an array of dining experiences.

The Dockside Lounge provides a relaxed and casual climate; a perfect choice to settle back with friends for an informal breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Lunch and dinner are available to our members and their guests every day except Tuesday. See the open hours below. À la carte breakfast is available on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. 

Monday , from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, bar until 9:00 PM

Wednesday - Friday , from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM, bar until 10:00 PM

Saturday , from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, bar until 10:00 PM

Sunday , from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, bar until 7:00 PM

Weekly specials are also featured, including Two for $25 on Monday and specialty-themed nights.

We also have the Commodore's Dining Room , which offers a more fancy dining experience. This dining room is available on Friday evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (unless otherwise stated, see our monthly calendar for adjustments). The chef creates a new menu each week and reservations are encouraged.
