The entire experience was top notch. Boat has a great set up with a large indoors area with multiple tables and a bar and area to dance. The captain did a great job of touring the bay with a real close flyby of under the Midway. Staff was very helpful and took care of everything. We also purchased one of their charcuterie boards and it was pretty amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a large party on the water!

This was the one of the best decisions I made for my wedding weekend! The Legacy Cruise team and Sam really made us all feel at home on the yacht and were very accommodating to our whole party. They were attentive to all of our guests and the boat was such a fancy venue for our reception dinner. Ticketed Bay Cruise

Our ticketed San Diego Bay cruises take place Wednesday-Sunday at 11 am, 2:30 pm, and 6 pm. Each bay cruise is 2.5 hours in duration and will take you through San Diego Bay to see all the major monuments such as the Coronado Bridge, USS Midway, Seaport Village, Cabrillo National Monument, and more!  On this 2.5 hour excursion, you will enjoy music from our professional sound system, custom cocktails, local tap beer, wine, and prosecco poured by our welcoming bartenders. All drinks are available for purchase. 

Alana’s private yacht rental is perfect for groups of up to 35 guests. Great for epic birthday bashes, corporate events, bachelorette/bachelor parties, and special occasions! Every private yacht rental includes a captain, crew, and bartender. Alana is equipped with a liquor-licensed fully stocked bar serving a variety of drinks for purchase. What's included on the Ticketed Bay Cruise & Private Yacht Rentals?

Alana will take you on a cruise through San Diego Bay. On Alana, you will have a captain, crew, and bartender assisting you along your journey. Expect great music, amazing cocktails and epic views of the bay!

Can we bring food?

Yes! Guests aboard Alana may bring their own snacks! If you are looking to have more than just a personal snack, we offer catering options on our private charters!

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Alana is a liquor-licensed vessel, which means there are no outside beverages permitted onboard.

Do we need to fill out a waiver?

Yes, all guests that board Alana must have a signed waiver. Once your group books, the person who booked the charter will get a custom link to fill out the waiver. Please use that specific link, as it ties your waiver to your group. If you are at our location and are unable to scan the QR code, you can use THIS LINK to complete your waiver. What is your cancellation policy?

Private yacht rental cancellation policy:.

Alana Yacht Rental requires all cancellations be made 14 days prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the charter will forfeit their deposit. Any cancellations made within 72 hours before the charter will forfeit the full amount of the contracted services and are non-refundable.

Ticketed Cruise Cancellation Policy:

You must contact us more than 24 hours before your charter time to cancel your ticket and recieve a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee but have the option to reschedule to a new day at no additional cost. Alana may cancel ticketed charters anytime for any reason for which our customers will receive a full refund.

Special Event Cancellation Policy:

For special or holiday ticketed events, our cancellation policy requires a 72 hour notice. You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the departure time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time. You have the option to reschedule to a regular ticketed charter but please note we cannot refund the price difference from the special event when rebooking.

General FAQs

Where are you located.

Triton is located at  2700 Shelter Island Dr. San Diego CA 92101  on the commercial dock next to Sail San Diego. Watch our  Pre-Boarding video  to help with parking!

What are your COVID Guidelines?

We are committed to the safety of our customers and our staff. We follow CDC recommendations on the state level as well as the county recommendations. Since our venue is outdoors, customers are not required to wear a mask. Triton is sanitized before, during, and after every charter with hand sanitizer available for guests.

What comes standard with each charter?

Triton includes a captain, crew, bartender, waterslide (for private charters), dance floor, seating for up to 100 guests, 2 restrooms, and modern decor! 

Can we film our experience?

Drone Filming

Filming/bringing a drone for your charter is prohibited. Triton’s location is an ever-changing “no fly zone” with only very few locations able to actually take-off with a drone. We do offer drone filming services where our experienced pilots will communicate with our captain to get the shot that you need. Please inquire for cost.

DSLR/Production Filming

Bringing professional filming equipment on-board must be approved with our administrative team. Triton Charters must be added as “additionally insured” on your insurance policy. Filming with intent to distribute is prohibited on Triton without prior approval. Cell phone videos/pictures are encouraged!

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Private Charters – Triton Management LLC requires all cancellations be made 14 days prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Cancellation within 14 days of the charter will forfeit their deposit. Any cancellations made within 72 hours before the charter will forfeit the full amount of the contracted services and are non-refundable.

Ticketed Charters – Tickets are 100% refundable if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the charter’s departure time. Triton Charters may cancel ticketed charters anytime for any reason in which case, our customers will receive a full refund.

Special Events – For special or holiday ticketed events, our cancellation policy requires a 72 hour notice. You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the departure time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time. You have the option to reschedule to a regular ticketed charter but please note we cannot refund the price difference from the special event when rebooking.

WEATHER POLICY Triton Charters does not operate in unsafe weather conditions, but a light rain shower is not a deterrent. The captain will assess the weather and should the captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the charter, the charter may be rescheduled or it will be canceled.

If a trip is canceled by Triton Charters for any reason, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund.

Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip without cancellation will result in no refund

**Triton Charters reserves the right to change/alter our cancellation and refund policy as needed based on availability, or any circumstances deemed necessary.

Is there a deposit?

The deposit for Private Charters is 20% of the total cost. This must be paid upon booking and the remaining amount is due 72 hours before your charter date.

Triton has unique pricing structure allows our customers to get the best deal possible for a private experience. The pricing is as follows:

41-50 Passengers – $1,000/hr

51-60 Passengers – $1,250/ hr

61-70 Passengers – $1,500/hr

71-80 Passengers – $1,750/hr

Weekend Pricing

Each charter must pay a 10% deposit upon booking.

What's the max capacity and seating?

The maximum occupancy of triton yacht rental San Diego is 100 passengers. With comfortable seating for everyone. Seating includes our 13-seat bar, leather bean bags, and bench seating. During COVID-19 our capacity may change.

What does the yacht rental include?

We’ve thought of everything, so you don’t have to. Included in your charter is our USCG certified captain and crew, 13-seat bar, bartender, space for 100 guests, 2 bathrooms, built-in waterslide, professional sound system, covered dance floor, 55″ flatscreen tv, lifejackets, all on the largest and newest catamaran charter in San Diego. Alcoholic beverages are also for sale at our 13-seat custom bar.

Where does the yacht charter go?

Each charter is unique. Guests will enjoy the ability to “point and go” allowing you to go wherever you’d like. Typically charters will do a tour around San Diego Bay where you will pass many of San Diego’s monuments and sights. You also have the ability to go for an ocean sail and enjoy the amazing views of Coronado and Point Loma.

What about food and drinks?

Each Private Charter includes a bartender that will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We have a fully stocked bar with the same amenities as a normal venue including draft beer, craft cocktails, mixed drinks, wine, juices, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests are prohibited from bringing any alcoholic beverages onboard.

You are more than welcome to bring your own food on-board. If you decide to bring your own food, we suggest finger foods that are easily served and disposed of. If you plan on catering your event, you must have the venue list Triton Charters on the ‘additionally insured business’ on their insurance. For more information, please call us at 844-5-TRITON.

Tickets are $55 for adults and $15 for children. Tickets do not include drinks, or food.

As you soak in the sun, we’ll sail past some of San Diego’s most spectacular coastal sites introducing (or reacquainting) you with the:

USS Midway Aircraft Carrier– The USS Midway was commissioned one week after the end of World War II, was the largest ship in the world until 1955, and was the longest-serving aircraft carrier in the 20th century. The Midway was so large it could carry 120 planes on its armored flight deck and was the first aircraft carrier unable to cruise the Panama Canal due to its sheer size. While you are visiting San Diego, be sure to check out the USS Midway Museum to learn more about this iconic ship. Star of India – Star of India is the world’s oldest active sailing ship. She is an iron ship with a long and storied past that includes collisions, mutiny and cyclones. She worked as a cargo ship and then spent half a century bringing emigrants to New Zealand. You can tour the Star of India at the Maritime Museum of San Diego. North Island Military Base – Dubbed the official birthplace of aviation, the North Island Military Base is an active military base home to two aircraft carriers and 23 fixed and rotary wing squadrons. Cabrillo National Museum – The Cabrillo National Monument and museum mark the location where the first European set foot on the western US. There is a lot to take in at Cabrillo park including the Old Point Loma Lighthouse and the rocky intertidal zone. Hotel del Coronado – The Hotel Del is a historic beachfront luxury hotel situated in the city of Coronado, just over the bridge from downtown San Diego. It opened in 1888 as the largest resort hotel in the world and today is the second-largest wooden structure in the US. If you are visiting San Diego, it is definitely worth spending a couple of hours at The Del — grab lunch or stroll the pristine beach.

Groups – We love hosting groups and can cater to parties as large as 80 on our ticketed cruises.

What is the ticket schedule?

To see our live calendar, please visit our  ticketed charter  page. Our ticketed charter times change based upon the season. From March 17th – November 3rd, our ticketed cruise depart Wednesday-Sunday at 11am, 2:30pm, and 6pm. November 4th – March 9th our schedule is Wednesday-Sunday at 10am, 1pm, nd 4:30pm. Each charter is 2.5 hours and will take you on an epic adventure through San Diego Bay, down to Glorietta Bay and back! Triton may change/update/add or remove dates upon our descretion. 

How long is the cruise?

Each ticketed charter is 2.5 hours in duration.

Triton is equipped with a full bar including: mixed drinks, draft beer, specialty cocktails, soft drinks, juices and sparkling water.  Passengers are strictly prohibited from bringing their own beverages. 

Prices are $8.50 for draft beer, $10.50 for mixed drinks, and $13.00 for specialty cocktails. You may bring your own food that is individually packed, ie: No cakes, or foods that require serving utensils.

What type of payments do you accept?

We take all majorly accepted credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.

What is the deposit for Private Charters?

All private charters are required to pay a 20% deposit to secure their booking. If the charter is within one week of the reservation, the charter must be fully paid.

You can place a free reservation for 24 hrs, no credit card required, for most of our weekly boat rentals, allowing you more time to discuss details with the boat owner, talk to your family or friends or customize your budget to suit your needs. Once you have placed the reservation, boat is blocked for 24 hours. During the 24 hours of your reservation, you can book the boat, cancel the reservation or ask for a one-time extension of 24 hours by contacting us at  [email protected] . Select Homes + Retreats™: Select Homes + Retreats™ (SHR) program bookings must be made through AmexTravel.com with participating vacation rental management companies (also referred to as “Hosts”) and their participating properties. Bookings are valid only for eligible American Express® U.S. Consumer and Business Platinum Card® Members and Centurion® Members. Additional Card Members on U.S. Consumer and Business Platinum and Centurion Card Accounts are also eligible for SHR. Any booking cancelled within 48 hours after the initial booking will result in a voided billing transaction. Voided billing transactions do not result in a charge or refund and will not appear on your monthly Card statement. Dates of a booking cannot be modified once made. Card Members must cancel their booking and make a new booking through AmexTravel.com; in which case, the new booking will be subject to availability, any cancellation policies and fees, any increase in the nightly rates or other fees, and any other applicable policies or fees of the Host. After cancellation, the property previously booked may not be available for subsequent booking for up to 24 hours or more. Hosts may require Card Members to complete additional steps after booking, such as signing a rental agreement, completing identity and/or age verification, or other steps described in a property listing; if such steps are not completed promptly, your Host may cancel your booking, subject to the Host’s policies. Card Members must use the property for lawful purposes and the purposes for which the rental of a vacation home is provided, including, without limitation, abiding by all applicable rules, laws, and regulations and not gathering more people than the maximum occupancy of the home without the prior written approval of the Host. Participating Hosts and their participating properties are subject to change. American Express is not liable for the acts or omissions of Hosts, their properties (including homeowners), or third parties acting for or on behalf of Hosts or homeowners. American Express is not the provider of the properties offered for rental and does not collect taxes or remit taxes to applicable tax authorities. Tax amounts displayed include an estimated amount that Hosts are to bill for applicable government-imposed taxes and fees. Hosts are responsible for providing a final receipt to Card Members upon request and remitting the government-imposed taxes and fees to relevant tax authorities.

2X Membership Rewards Points – Basic Card Members with a Membership Rewards-enrolled Card get at least 1 Membership Rewards® point for every eligible dollar spent on their Membership Rewards program-enrolled American Express Card or Additional Card on their Account and will also get at least 1 additional point (for a total of 2 points) for each dollar charged for eligible Select Homes + Retreats purchases on any Card on the Account, minus cancellations and credits.

3X Membership Rewards Points – Green Card: Basic Card Members, when paying with their eligible Green Card or Additional Card on their Account, can earn 2 additional points (for a total of 3 points) for each dollar charged for eligible Select Homes + Retreats purchases on any Card on the Account, minus cancellations and credits.

5X Membership Rewards Points – Platinum Card: Basic Card Members, when paying with their eligible Platinum Card or Additional Card on their Account, can earn 4 additional points (for a total of 5 points) for each dollar charged for eligible Select Homes + Retreats purchases on any Card on the Platinum Card Account, minus cancellations and credits. $200 Hotel Credit:  Basic Card Members on U.S. Consumer Platinum Card Account are eligible to receive up to $200 in statement credits per calendar year when they or Additional Platinum Card Members use their Cards to pay for eligible prepaid Fine Hotels + Resorts® and The Hotel Collection bookings made through American Express Travel (meaning through amextravel.com, the Amex® App, or by calling the phone number on the back of your eligible Card) or when Companion Platinum Card Members on such Platinum Card Accounts pay for eligible prepaid bookings for The Hotel Collection made through American Express Travel (meaning through amextravel.com, the Amex® App, or by calling the phone number on the back of your eligible Card). Bookings of The Hotel Collection require a minimum stay of two consecutive nights. Statement credits are typically received within a few days, however it may take 90 days after an eligible prepaid hotel booking is charged to the Card Account. American Express relies on the merchant’s processing of transactions to determine the transaction date. The transaction date may differ from the date you made the purchase if, for example, there is a delay in the merchant submitting the transaction to us or if the merchant uses another date as the transaction date. This means that in some cases your purchase may not earn the statement credit benefit for the benefit period in which you made the purchase. For example, if an eligible purchase is made on December 31st but the merchant processes the transaction such that it is identified to us as occurring on January 1st, then the statement credit available in the next calendar year will be applied. Statement credits may not be received or may be reversed if the booking is cancelled or modified. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive a statement credit. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as eligible, you will not receive the statement credits. For example, your transaction will not be eligible if it is a booking: (i) made with a property not included in the Fine Hotels + Resorts or The Hotel Collection programs, (ii) not made through American Express Travel, or (iii) not made with an eligible Card. Participating properties and their availability are subject to change. If American Express, in its sole discretion, determines that you have engaged in or intend to engage in any manner of abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this benefit, American Express will not have an obligation to provide and may reverse any statement credits provided to you. If a charge for an eligible purchase is included in a Pay Over Time balance on your Card Account, the statement credit associated with that charge may not be applied to that Pay Over Time balance. Instead, the statement credit may be applied to your Pay In Full balance. WHAT TO EXPECT: 

Champagne Yacht   departs and returns from Point Loma Sport Fishing   1403 Scott St 92106 . We are docked directly behind Point Loma Sport fishing and Mitch’s Sea Food  restaurant.  (Per request and subject to availability, groups may board at the Marriott/Hyatt marina in down town San Diego.  $350 additional fee. * Per request,  the host may pre board up to 30 minutes prior  to set up and decorate the boat as needed.

Charters are structured in 4 hour  increments, typically  12-4 pm  or   5-9pm . Per request, variable start times may be available based on Champagne’s schedule that day.   Additional time may be extended at   $1000 per hour depending on the schedule that day.  We are now offering  10Pm night cruises on select Weekends only.

Maximum capacity is 49 guests . The yacht may not exceed 49 guests on board.

Where We Cruise : The day consists of a cruise around San Diego harbor.  This includes; Downtown, the Super Yacht dock, Past the USS Midway, under the famous Coronado bridge, by the Hotel Del than to anchor near the Coronado Golf Course in Glorietta Bay, Coronado. We cruise initially 1-1.5 hours  prior to anchoring in Glorietta bay. This is the most scenic Spot in San Diego with the back drop of the Coronado bridge and the Downtown skyline. Later we cruise the harbor again  prior to returning to the dock.     (Actual Cruising time May vary based on wind and bay conditions as well as guests preferences. It’s our experience most guests prefer to spend adequate time at the anchorage site due to the lack of wind and incredible views. Glorietta bay is very calm and shielded from the wind.

Where We Anchor:  Glorietta Bay – Guests are free to swim, play on the floaties, drink, dance, and lounge on the boat while mingling and enjoying the day.

What is Provided : Ice, cups, X Large Yetti coolers, drinking waters, an assortment of soft drinks including mixers,  paper goods, serving plates and all utensils. Limes, salt, straws, shot glasses as well as other bar items are  provided. This includes:  gourmet platters and Bowls  to neatly display the food.  We also provide towels for swimming, 2 giant Lilly Pads and life jackets. A Pro audio sound system with aux cable for iPhone connection/cabling/adapters. A DJ may also be provided for an additional fee.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
