Motor Yacht WHEELS (ex. ANASTASIA) is a 75.50m (247' 8") superyacht that was built by Oceanco in 2008 and refitted in 2019. She has a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure and she was designed by Sam Sorgiovanni and built to perfection by Oceanco’s skilled Dutch craftsmen. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 luxurious cabins with quarters for up to 21 crew.

WHEELS is a large, beautifully designed and built six-deck superyacht of the highest quality. She has been fitted with every convenience and will leave you wishing for nothing.
A large motor yacht, by any standards, her overall feel is one that is sleek and visually exciting. Both WHEELS' interior and exterior design work was carried out by Sam Sorgiovanni and she has very flowing, almost natural, sinuous exterior lines.
With functional practicality in mind, this superyacht also provides a harmonious blend of light open spaces and areas of seclusion. There are various different areas, both inside and out where yacht guests can relax or be entertained, find tranquillity or experience 6-star service.
The innovative use of huge interior volume is a testament to the creative skills of her designers and owners. Her main salon, stairways and dining areas create an air of relaxed, spacious elegance. She gives a casual and relaxed feel, yet is utterly sophisticated. Some of the amenities and entertainment options the yacht offers include: a large usable sundeck Spa Pool, a full-sized Gymnasium and a Disco Lounge. Outside fun is ensured with a magnificent water toy store, with every conceivable water sports product, as well as custom design tenders and a fantastic aft swim platform.
Simple comfortable furnishings and natural colour tones compose the interior of the yacht. Sand-coloured carpets, eucalyptus wall panels and faux crocodile skin upholstery blend in with the more dramatic elements such as the immense glass sculpture resembling Kelp.
The main salon can make way for a 30m² dance floor complete with lasers, a smoke machine and strobe lights. There is a very spacious lounging and dining area for guests to relax in tranquillity. The upper deck converts to a live performance stage.

A cruising speed of 15 knots means that WHEELS can travel relatively quickly between destinations, and Quantum zero speed means she is stable when underway or at anchor. The motor yacht has Lloyds Register 100 AI SSC Yacht (P) MONO G6 LMC UMS MCA Certification, issued by the Cayman Islands.
2021/22 Refit / Updates: • Outdoor cinema installed on the Sun deck aft. The viewing point will be the lounging area around the Jacuzzi aft, which offers plenty of space for the whole family. • New 7m Cobra guest tender added to the toy list, so WHEELS now boasts four guest tenders. • Addition of an 84-inch TV screen on the Upper deck aft that can swivel 120 Degrees. The TV screen will descend from the deckhead and be positioned over the buffet so everyone at the table, bar and two half-round can view it. • Two massive mirror TVs are being installed in the main saloon where the aquarium was. This will be great for conference calls and zoom meetings as you can use the internal dining area as seating. • Multiple Guest cabin carpets being replaced • New paint job • Capping rails and cabinetry are being revarnished. • ECDIS installed in the bridge with brand new monitors. • Full galley refurbishment that will make it guest friendly. • All jetskis are being refurbished. • Installed a NASA Luna Ultraviolet light air filtration system in the galley to purify the air.
Yacht Accommodation
The elegant suites are made up of a yacht owner’s suite, two VIP staterooms, and 3 further guest staterooms. No matter which cabin you visit, they all offer levels of sophistication and luxury rarely attainable. The Master Suite is on the upper deck. It features a Master Study with a 3.6m full height ceiling and a private balcony. Over the large king-sized bed there is a sparkling skylight atrium which allows light and sky views when uncovered and open. His & Hers separate bathrooms, with heated floors, compliment a separate dressing room with a dressing table. For electronic and media entertainment the master suite of the yacht provides a retractable TV with an additional TV monitor in the bathroom for Spa Pool bath entertainment. WHEELS has state-of-the-art sound systems throughout and the master is no exception. An iPod docking system, DVD/Video on demand with Crestron control, and Lutron Lighting system complete the package. The Two VIP Staterooms Both the lovely VIP suites have queen-size beds and a single sofa bed available in each as well as a bath and separate shower cubical, heated bathroom flooring and 42’ TV, hi-fi and iPod docking systems. The three Guest Staterooms are on the main deck. They also have queen-size beds and a single Pullman bed and sofa bed available in two of them. They have en suite bathrooms with bath and shower, heated bathroom flooring, a 42” TV and an iPod docking music system.

WHEELS Yacht for Charter
WHEELS is the 247.8-foot (75.5m) Oceanco mega yacht that formerly went under the name of Anastasia. Built in 2008, her naval architecture was provided by Azure Naval Architects and her interior design was inspired by Sam Sorgiovanni Designs. She is the perfect yacht for family charters or groups of friends. She focuses on the Caribbean in the winter months and the West Mediterranean in the summer, although the East Mediterranean is also a possibility. WHEELS is also available for event charters (for which she can welcome 80 people for quayside occasions), night cruising and overnight anchoring on special request.
In 2019 she was treated to a refit that built on all her previous updates. Just some of the most recent improvements include new climate-control, upgrades to the audio-systems and an additional Jacuzzi on the upper deck. She also now has an extra external bar and seating area on the sundeck and a new Hobie Cat sailing catamaran for guests to use. This is in addition to her highly impressive complement of water toys and equipment. Kayaks, standup paddleboards, kiteboarding equipment, scuba diving gear, WaveRunners and SeaBobs are available. There are also two tenders and a MasterCraft ski boat which is perfect for towing those on skis or boards. The crew are on hand to offer instruction if needed. The yacht’s full gymnasium and disco lounge are also popular with guests.
Guests sleep in six inviting staterooms. There is a king-sized master stateroom on the upper deck and two VIP staterooms on the main deck, both with queen-sized beds. Also on the main deck are a further three double rooms. Guests can expect the finest style and luxury throughout, with cutting-edge entertainment systems, elegant décor and first-class service from a crew of 21 experts. Thanks to their excellent work, WHEELS won a special mention for best total package of food and service at the MYBA 2019 Superyacht Chefs’ Competition. The yacht is officially certified by Yacht Carbon Offset.

A behemoth at nearly 50 meters in length, motor yacht WHEELS 164 is capable of 19 knots flat out, with a cruising speed of 17 knots from her 60,560-gallon fuel tanks. BEAM AND DRAFT
Built in 2009, Trinity Yachts motor yacht WHEELS 164 features an interior designed by Scott Carpenter and has exterior styling by Trinity. This luxury superyacht has a beam of 8.5 meters and a 2.4 meter draft. She is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system, which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience.
Superyacht WHEELS 164 is designed with a clean, simple, almost tailored look. All carpets were custom made with a geometric design woven into the wool. The designer carried the geometric theme throughout, even down to the rectangular rock crystal door hardware. Nickel, chrome, stainless steel, and platinum are evident in all of the finishes. Quite striking are the Roman leather buckskin and stainless rod window treatments in the dining and main salon. The same stainless rods are in other areas as well. These create continuity throughout the yacht.

Mikhail Lomonosov
Born: Denisovka, Archangelsk Province - 19 November 1711 Died: St. Petersburg - 15 April 1765
Mikhail Lomonosov was the great polymath of the Russian Enlightenment. Born in the deepest provinces of Northern Russia, he managed to gain a first-class education through a combination of natural intelligence and sheer force of will, and went on to make significant advances in several fields of science, as well as writing one of the first Russian grammars, several volumes of history, and a great quantity of poetry. In short, he was instrumental in pulling Russia further into the modern world, and in helping to make St. Petersburg a centre of learning as great as almost any in Europe.
Lomonosov was born in the village of Denisovka (now Lomonosovo), a village about 100 kilometers south-east of Arkhangelsk on the Severnaya Dvina river. His father was a peasant fisherman who had grown rich transporting goods from Arkhangelsk to settlements in the far north. His mother, the daughter of a deacon, died when he was very young, but not before she had taught him to read. From the age of ten, he accompanied his father on voyages to learn the business.
In 1730, however, determined to study, he ran away from home and walked over 1 000 kilometers to Moscow. Claiming to be the son of a provincial priest, he was able to enroll in the Slavic Greek Latin Academy, where he studied for five years before being sent on to St. Petersburg's Academic University. The following year (1736), he was a select group of outstanding students sponsored by the Academy of Sciences to study mathematics, chemistry, physics, philosophy and metallurgy in Western Europe. Lomonosov spent three years at the University of Marburg as a personal student of the philosopher Christian Wolff, then a year studying mining and metallurgy in Saxony, and a further year travelling in Germany and the Low Countries. While in Marburg, he fell in love with and married his landlady's daughter, Elizabeth Christine Zilch.
Due to lack of funds to support his young family, Lomonosov returned to St. Petersburg at the end of 1741, and was immediately appointed adjunct to the physics class at the Academy of Sciences. In 1745 he became the Academy's first Russian-born Professor of Chemistry, and in 1748 the first chemical research laboratory in Russia was built for him.
Throughout his career at the Academy, Lomonosov was a passionate advocate for making education in Russia more accessible to the lower ranks of Russian society. He campaigned to give public lectures in Russian and for the translation into Russian of more scientific texts. In this, he found himself in conflict with one of the founders of the Academy, the German ethnologist Gerhard Friedrich Miller (whose views on the importance of Scandinavians and Germans in Russian history Lomonosov also hotly disputed). By composing and presenting at an official Assembly of the Academy in 1749 his ode to the Empress Elizaveta Petrovna, Lomonosov gained considerable favour at court and a powerful ally in his pedagogical endeavours in the form of Elizaveta's lover, Count Ivan Shuvalov. Together, Lomonosov and Shuvalov founded Moscow University in 1755. It was also thanks to Shuvalov's influence that the Empress granted Lomonosov a manor and four surrounding villages at Ust-Ruditsa, where he was able to implement his plan to open a mosaic and glass factory, the first outside Italy to produce stained glass mosaics.
By 1758, Lomonosov's responsibilities included overseeing the Academy's Geography Department, Historical Assembly, University and Gymnasium, the latter of which he again insisted on making open to lowborn Russians. In 1760, he was appointed a foreign member of the Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences, and in 1764 he was similarly honoured by the Academy of Sciences of the Institute of Bologna. The same year, he was granted by Elizaveta Petrovna the rank of Secretary of State. He died 4 April 1765, and was buried in the Lazarev Cemetery of St. Petersburg's Alexander Nevsky Monastery.
Much of Lomonosov's work was unknown outside Russia until many years after his death, and even now it is more the extraordinary breadth of his inquiry and understanding, rather than any specific grand advancements in a particular field, that make him such a seminal figure in Russian science. Among the highlights of his academic career were his discovery of an atmosphere around Venus, his assertion of the Law of Conservation of Mass (nearly two decades before Antoine Lavoisier), and his development of a prototype of the Herschelian telescope. In 1764, he arranged the expedition along the northern coast of Siberia that discovered the Northeast Passage between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. His works also contained intuitions of the wave theory of light and the theory of continental drift. He made improvements to navigational instruments and demonstrated the organic origin of soil, peat, coal, petroleum and amber. Without knowledge of Da Vinci's work, he developed a working prototype of a helicopter.
He wrote the first guide to rhetoric in the Russian language, and his Russian Grammar was among the first to codify the language. His Ancient Russian History compared the development of Russia to the development of the Roman Empire, a theme that would become increasingly popular in the 19th century. His poetry was much praised during his lifetime, although it has been largely ignored by posterity.
Lomonosov is remembered in central St. Petersburg in the names of Ulitsa Lomonosova ("Lomonosov Street"), Ploshchad Lomonosova ("Lomonosov Square") and the adjacent bridge across the Fontanka River. During the Soviet Period, his name was given to the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory, and hence to the nearby metro station, Lomonosovskaya. The Soviets also renamed the suburban town of Oranienburg as Lomonosovo. In 1986, a magnificent monument to Lomonosov was unveiled in front of the Twelve Colleges, the main campus of St. Petersburg State University, acknowledging the enormous debt that institution owes the great polymath who is rightfully considered the father of Russian science.
